RE: FEJ J-10 1/6 SCALE 3D VERSION
This is from were the scheme originated! Since my father forgot to mention the setup, here it is: EvoJet 160vx JR Digital Servos all around, 8511's, 8911's and 8711's most probably operated with an AR9100 with direct A123's (we use this current setup up on our 50cc Yak and many recommend it on 100cc) and JR 11x as TX, that's pretty much all of it and probably a smoke system but depends on final flying weight. RE: Composite-Arf 2.6 Extra 330
Hey guys, I will be bringing this thread back to life. We have a Comp arf 2.6m extra 330L sitting there (from a long while) and we decided to bring her to flying condition. As soon as we finish our current projects (2x Yak 55M repairs, new FE J-10) we will begin working on it. It has some few damages here and than and it's previous owner removed the skin hinge and worked a normal "V" hinge, robart style. He also sanded it's original scheme so we will paint it to our costume scheme and will try to make it as light as possible. You can find a photo of it's flying days back in 2004 and a photo of the scheme that this beauty will receive with just some small changes. I hope you like it and that i can give you some update soon :)

RE: FEJ products announce 2011
Hi James, I am Mario's soon and as he told you, we are interested the FEJ 1:6 J-10 3D version. Looking carefully at the picture of the fuel cell I can see some tape on both sides of the fuse parallel to each other, is that the C of G? Am asking this because I would like to know were the tank is placed. Johann

[quote]ORIGINAL: USSCAT Hi Johann, I love the IIAF scheme, which kit is this? FEJ? Regards, Mike [/quote] Hi Mike, yes it's a nice scheme although we had ordered the american scheme (the one shown on the JL F-4 prototype) but when my dad open the box the found the IIAF scheme though personal I like it more, we should add to it a mouth on the front, just like few of the scale ones have. No this kif it Jetlegends kit too. Regards, Johann

RE: Help? Phoenix Models 63
yea I know that,if it was 2.4ghz I would not survive the crash as till the delay that 2.4ghz has till it starts. Yes even my for the beginning was a bit lackey but know is fine and perfect.I'm using a JXf 15x6 [link]http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=5528&Product_Name=JXF_15x6_/_381_x_152.5mm_Poly_Composite_propeller[/link],that's what i found best or a 15x8 they act the same. For the upright harrier u do not use any flaps, just elevator and trotel to keep the plane at level, ailerons to keep it straight and rudder to turn but when your turning help it with some ailerons.

RE: Help? Phoenix Models 63
hi pearldiver, good to hear that.My cg is like 3" back or even more from what the manual says. What i moved was the rx and the battery + I have a regulator with it as I use Li-po.My spinner is made of aluminum too.Hope u enjoy it very much.Last week we had a multiplex aerobatic trophy and will doing my schedule and I was flying straight and forward I had an interference and it just turned to the ground. It locked for a short while and went behind the trees.Fortunately control came back and I manged to see between the trees and i had only the time to get it straight. The only damage was the tail wheel. The good news is that I manged to finish in second place[:D] How was the the saito doing?what prop did u use?

10qs pearldiver.have fun building it and hope u take it to the air soon.Try to find a good mount for the saito as it has alot of vibration.A rubber mount would be perfect.im using the one with the kit but it already got lose 3 times and today i even found a missing bold.know i will do a lock not to be safe.

Yes your right right pearldiver, this had have been open for 3 years know but still on the move.[:)]Is that true,u have it on the box.Go and finish it as soon as possible, when you will touch it the first time in air your go crazy for it even if you don't fly 3D,this plane is awesome and try not to crash it like me as they stopped building it and parts of Black horse Yak 54 doesn't fit for some mm's.10qs for the pics, that one was my 4th flight with it and it was a bit windy and as you can see it is so easy to get used to it.[:D] Hope you fly yours, and mine soon.hehe

RE: Help? Phoenix Models 63" Yak-54
hey guys, uff last week I got work to do on the bench as I crashed my Yak[:@] while doing a 3cm low inverted harrier[:D].It was a bit windy and first I did some prop hang and even touched it's tail then some harriers and afterwards as I came for an inverted harrier I was high,I did a circuit inverted harrier to get low and on the second one i was realy low,as I turned it downwind I felt it was going down so I gave it full down and full trotel but because I was low when I gave it down the tail touched the ground, ran for about 6m until the nose came down. Not much damage, just a clean cut on the tail and other small damages.[:(] I will be working on it very much as I have a funfly 3D and I want to compete with it.[>:]It's a very gd plane,it fly like my old funtana s90 or even better, perfect 3D for my case.

Hi ianober, yes i agree 100% with you.The paint is to glossy, needs to be more math and dark and the white has to be a bit yellowish. All war planes aren't glossy but dirty.

RE: Precision Aerobatics 35% Extra 330L Build and review
[quote]ORIGINAL: NZ Scythe I've attached a couple of pics of Jasons Extra on the day of the test flight. She certainly is a purdy looking model... wouldn't mind one myself. I'll wait to get a hold of the sticks of Jason's Extra before I make my mind up. I'm a DA Fan myself so would probably prefer the DA 100 but the ZDZ 80 did seem to have bags of power... (although Jason is still yet to remove the training wheels and really wring her out) I'm not going to explain why Jason is dragging his model out of a ditch in the second photo, I'll let him make that confession himself!! Also, I have been working on a repaint for the Extra in AeroFly Pro Deluxe in the PA colour scheme. If anyone wants a copy PM me and I can email it. Cheers, Patrick [/quote] Sory do you still have that PA Extra 330L for AFPD cause i wish it for my sim.[:D] Regards Johann

RE: Funtana 90!
I had been using an OS 91 FX and i tried many props the best on that ii found was a 14/4 prop an 15 inche prop seemed to big for the engine but any way i have changed the engine because the os 91 fx was a bit under power it dosent even let me do a prop hang so i decided to buy one and i bought a Saito FA-125A.Here is a sample video of my Funtana S90 that my friend did for me.[:D] [link]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UOHAb1ocEc[/link]

Here is my video of prop hanging my Bossanova= [link]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kYCsvHQEi4[/link] Thanks To All
