ORIGINAL: hooleydog Nope you can't drill the extra 2 holes. Just get this and use you other parts like fan, carb, pull start, covers ect (That's what I did).. http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-BOLTS-30-5CC-STROKE-ENGINE-BIG-BORE-KIT-FOR-HPI-KM-BAJA-RC-CARS-5B-SS-2-0-5T-/180875753255?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a1d08f727
Did you have this kit? RE: King motor 29cc loss compression after tuning.
ORIGINAL: Twin_Flyer Maybe you ran it too lean? Pull the plug and check the piston. You might have burned it. Bill S.
I don't think so, I ran it rich (1,5 turn on h needle), it smoked perfect and spark plug also is perfect. It burn only 7 liters...

King motor 29cc loss compression after tuning.
Hi. Today when i ride baja something shot and engine loss compression. I thought it was pullstart but it's not it. Pullstart run slightly and when the piston moves to the top it sounds metallic and run hard. What's happened? Recently i changed oryginal carb to walbro 668, pipe to ddm dominator and NGK Iridium spark plug. Power strongly increased, did engine could not stand this power?

RE: Very slow KM Baja
make sure your carb linkage is working right- adjust it so when your finger is off the trigger the carb is closed, and when you go full throttle, it opens all the way. its simple for that to get mixed up. next, make sure your brakes are spinning free. sometimes on a crash the brake disk can get crooked and drag. next, check your clutch, make sure the spring is on right. and that the pads arent down to the metal.
Thank you. I checked everything what you wrote and it's all ok. it must be wrong carburetor settings. low needle it's ok but high it's wrong (baja not enter to the high speed). Anyone know about km 29cc engine carb settings?

RE: Best carburetor for 29cc king motor engine.
Ok, thanks for opinion. i'll buy this kit http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.885035/n.1/it.A/id.873/.f Price is good and the kit includes many things. But I've got one question (off topic). Why the price of shipping in ddm "rest of world" is the same for Standard and for Express (49.00$)? It's costs a lot, about 4 months ago i paid 29.00$ for "rest of world - Express"...
