I don't know about Hobby King but I used the GraphTech landing gear and it has functioned perfectly. http://www.graphtechrcshop.com/product.sc?productId=43&categoryId=6 This may be an updated version than the one I have but I am sure it will fulfill your needs. krop

Aviateur2, To help you in your decision I can tell you the Goldberg 67" Edge 540 has also been discontinued. That was a great plane when stronger hardware on the ailerons than what the company provided was employed. I have read good reports on the Yak you mention but have no personal experience. krop

Hi! I've mountd a SAITO 125 in my new Funtana X100. The distance from the fuel tank to the carburetor will involve eight inches of tubing. What is your opinion regarding the need for a Cline regulator? Thank you ahead of time. krop

Lucky, I assume you have the clevis attached to the hole in the control horn that is closest to the rudder itself?

The round hinges in my kit were inserted but not glued in the rudder. The rectangular ones fit the grooves already cut in the ailerons and elevator.

Pawel, No, it was not a joke! You have mastered the American English language very well. I should have my X100 finished this week but it si becoming time for the weather to become cold, windy and snowy. If the weather continues reasonable, I should be able to maiden fly the plane next weekend. krop

I am planning on mounting a SAITO 125 in the Funtana X100 when it arrives. The first arrived at my LHS badly damaged and is being replaced. My question today is wondering what the experience has been with this plane by those who used a BCMA 26 gas engine? Thanks, Jim

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
Jim, I finally got my act together and flew the Tiger-60 with my SAITO 82A. Of course, the reason for the note is the Turboheader on the engine. I used a deflector to attempt to keep the exhaust from entering the canopy. The engine sounds phenomenal thanks to your muffler! As I mentioned previously, the Turboheader boosted the RPM about 200 RPM. Krop

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
Chrispeace, The muffler on my 82 also came loose quite often. I solved it by some advice on this forum. Three winds of plumbers teflon tape or teflon dental floss (Sold in the USA as GLIDE). Tighten the nuts as well as you can. Then, run the engine until it is quite hot. Then, retighten the nuts. I hope it works for you. krop

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
Jim, The weather broke nicely and it was 65 today. So, I ran the SAITO 82A with a stock muffler and the Turboheader. Omega 15% is the fuel. Idle Hi Speed Stock 2200 rpm 7800 rpm Turbo 2100 rpm 8000 rpm Turbo with new bafle 2100 8125 rpm. The sound is even better. A truly awesome combination. Thank you very much. I'll keep you posted. krop
