2 things I notices: 1=No Fuel in the tank. could be a small problem. 2=No fuel in the fuel line, could also be a small problem. How to solve this problem= PUT FUEL IN THE TANK AND THEN PRIME. also check your glow plug that it is glowing bright orange.

RE: Ansmann Terrier
Thanks Foxy, at last we agree on one thing. As for the American Rc market, it is only large in the U.S.A. lol I race every weekend and have hardly ever seen American made buggies out there but I do see Ansmann on the tracks (Belgium, France,Germany,Spain, Holland, Luxemburg) ANSMANN ROCKS, I was racing a Terrier 2 from a friend just for fun and had absolutelly NO PROBLEMS with it at all, and it has some real nice carbon hop ups on it. The only place to buy or sell American produce is in the U.S.A because we have much better products else where. (FACT) Now rant and rave as much as you like.

RE: Ansmann Terrier
Integra, dont want to diss you but please shut up about Ansmann Racing being some crap no name company. Theyy are actually one of the better companies out there with great prices and good quality. Its not because its not built in the U.S.A that its no good, look at KYOSHO and Tamiya, also some of the worlds leading producers of RC equiptment not built in the U.S.A. Most of the stuff that come out of the U.S is actually a load of crap, thats why its not sold here in Europe or elswhere, only in the U.S. so come on down off your high stool and open your eyes to some thing great. The Ansmann Terrier IS a great truck to start of in the hobby and WILL serve any new comer very well. Not every one wants U.S crap.

RE: my car will not work????
check your fuel lines to see if its pinched some where. also take out your glow plug and turn the engine over a couple of times to see if fuel squirts out the top where the glow plus was. otherwise, same as what Foxy said, change glow plug for a new one and also make sure your glow plug driver is fully charged.

RE: ofna ultra lx2 question
No Foxy, you told him he would need to invest at least 1000$ to get a decent race car. if you where to put something like the Kyosho up against the Ofna, yes it would be a nice race (for a clubman race) if you where to race against friends who have roughly the same car it will also be a nice race. If (when) I go race my buggies vs my son and his friends it is always good fun and nice racing. My son (Dexter) races an MP9TKI against my MP7.5. Guess which one mostly wins? YEP, ME. but that is because I have more experience than he does. The MP7.5 is supposed to be inferier in your eyes? RIGHT. well it aint. The MP7.5 RTR is one of the best ways to get you up and running that there is. YES, the ofna is also NOT BAD for getting you going at a nice price. PEANUT, have a look at your local hobby store and see what he has in stock, it dont matter what you get, you WILL need spare parts. You could buy the top of the line race kit, it will break, just like the cheaper RTR buggies/Truggies. The RTR (Ready To Runs) will just get you to the starting line quicker. Every one used to call RTR Ready to Run, it was me that started bugging Foxy that the ones from KYOSHO are Ready To Race.lol

RE: ofna ultra lx2 question
O.K. PEANUT, when you say "RACE READY" to some one like Foxy the only thing they think of is Cody King or Jerard Tebo style cars which are really the cream of the crop. You are at the beginning of the hobby and want a RACE READY car (Buggy/Truggy) to get you up and running in the SPORTSMAN class or even just together RACING with a couple of friends. That KYOSHO INFERNO is probably THE BEST place to start Foxy is a bit of a snob so all he wants are the most expensive cars. Just ignore him like the rest of us do and you'll have a lot of fun at an afordable price.

We race what we bring down here in Belgium, it dont matter what you drive so long as your having fun. Ofna is a good place to start. Kyosho rtr Inferno would have been better. (as KYOSHO really have the one and ONLY RTR Race buggy) The Losi 8 aint to bad. (just not as good as the KYOSHO). :-p Foxy. lol
