Well i just went along for a jolly weekend away, my first time, so a massive thanks to Geoff White for the invite along with Jamie and Paul, don't know how it use to be but had a very enjoyable time, will be back next year, after all any weekend away having good food and beer with the lads has got to be a good thing, thought the night flying was enjoyable, not seen that before so was very impressed. Took the pocket camera along to take a few pictures, came back with far too many, will take forever to process, just a shame the light conditions were not a little better for the camera Friday/Saturday, missed out Sunday as we came home. A special thankyou to Barry for arranging the press pass, and finally Frank I want your Typhoon. Thanks for the advice, now got all three doors opening and closing together, but cycle still takes ten seconds from selecting switch to gear up or down, guess I'm going to have to live with it.

Help with Airpower EVSD-SQ-PRO
I wonder if anyone could shed some light on this subject, got the above mentioned valve on my Euro Typhoon, got it set to M3 = mode 3- gear doors open, undercarriage out, 2 doors close, 1 stays opens and basically reverse on closing. Problem is that the whole open or close cycle takes about 8 seconds, plus the single door opens n closes seperate to the main, I want to reduce it to be much faster have reduced all the timings but still no joy, what am I doing wrong, set up with three electronic valves, 1 for main doors, 1 undercariage, 1 front single door. RAF Marhams finest 8.5.2012
Well not allot that can be said about yesterday, spoke with mate the night before and said I had a funny feeling, TBH though I thought it would be F15 C's again, come midday I thought I'd made a bad decision, that was till Marhams finest came out to play. Was keen to get out again to try out the new lens Nikon 200-400mm F4, first impressions are I'm rather pleased though getting use to zooming is taking some effort on a big lens. Well would you believe it, no rain and some sunshine first time in god knows how long, so this could mean only one thing, lets go fly some jets, Harry asked me to take the camera to shoot his F86 Fibre Classic Sabre (shame he forgot the pilot), and I'm glad he did because I arrived to find allot of bright yellow Rapessed fields which made for some interesting backdrops to the photography. Great days flying got 6 flights inbetween shooting everyone else flying, all the usual mob there except Dick [&o], had a great day out, had an hour off work so left the field and striaght to work, only to find they waited for me to do an hours circuit training [:@], plus two fire calls during the middle of the night so shattered today, but hey ho its raining again, so no flying today or F15-C's in the weeds
