RE: LB Getting Ready for SNOW - Kyosho EP Blizzard DF-300 Thread!
I have the 60A with the 5.5t, but I must warn you that is crazy and many might consider this as to darn much[:D].. I know it will only take some time for stuff to start breaking... however I think a 13.5 t or higher will be good for a blizzard and you will have plenty of speed. I use 5000mAh lipo's witha 25c rating, more than enough output for the 60A esc (25x 5000 = 125000mAh =125Ah, so plenty over 60Ah)

I have a cheap chinese ezrun esc with a brushless motor in my blizzard. It is pretty waterproof, has lipo cut off and a reverse. runs great.

I designed the grill in a 3d designing program, then had it printed via shapeways... http://www.shapeways.com/model/103110/wild-willy-2-grill.html that is also how I did the axe and shovle if you want one, it should be possible to order one there as well... the grill is mainly glued in place..

RE: Tamiya Wild Willy 2 Resource Thread!
as some of you may remember, I started to build a Ww 4x4 some time ago. I think the project has taken over 2 years so far. Now I was working on the last part, the body.. I got stuck in a creative block... I didn't know what the body should look like. It wassen't going to be true scale but my idea was to get it somewhat original looking. What is left now is to put the body on the chassis and paint some polished chassis parts as they no longer look good together with the body oh and for the WW connaiseurs... let's have a pop quizz : let me hear all odd things you notice about the body... RE: Tamiya Wild Willy 2 Resource Thread!
It has been a while since I posted some updates for my WW 4x4 project, that is because I hvent worked on it for over a year I think.. motivation was a bit down so to speak... but now I finaly found some inspiration to get things going again. i think this is probably how it was last time I posted about it : Since then I shortened a driveshaft, finished a batteryplate and servomount. Changed the mounting points for the dampers and finished the steering rack. Now it is comming to finishing up with adding some details like a front bumper: That started out as : and this is me milling a piece of the wheeliebar....
