RE: confused about battery hook up
battery plugs into switch then on the other end of the switch is the receiver normal hook up the speed controller is hoked to the throttle terminal with out the red power i am only using signal and ground from speed controller so i don't get any lipo battery power to receiver my real concern is the hydromax 750 ma battery it is new from tower and when i take it off the charger it shows 5.5 volts but will not hold it very long my first thought was i wired it wrong and it was draining but i have done some research and found that the battery and speed controller is wired ok. so just wondering about the health of the battery

RE: 11.1 lipo
I will try again I got a new airplane and its a multiplex mentor The hobby shop that i got the plane from had an old lipo battery in stock The battery is brand new .. it was just sitting on the shelf for a long time ... Me not being to familiar with too many lipo batteries wanted to know what you thought about the old lipo.. so i got the battery home and hoked it to a volt meter and it was about 11.4 volts after the charge it was 12.56. I remember that when my t rex 450 heli 11.1 batteries were charged they were 12.65 on the volt meter So the numbers are close but i just thought some one might have seen this before thanks all..

Hello all i have been siting on a sig 4 star 60 kit for about 10 years and i have built the wing and fuse and hor and vert stas rudder and elevator Time for me to sheet the wings I lost the book and am just building from plans. I have 2 wide sheets about 4 inches across and 4 wide sheets 3 inches across i assume the 4 inch wide balsa sheating is for the center wing but i dont know about the 3 inch sheeting so the question dose any one remember should the tail feathers be sheeted thanks
