Brian, I would go with Escape (looks better than the XLT)with the Cunningham mods. Has to be better with the lower stab position. When I get to building mine it will have a MVVS 61 RE and trike U/C Dave

David, It may be that this design has no dihedral. This is not uncommon in designs with the wing located on or close to the thrust line. There is no reference that I can find in the plan artical to dihedral. Dave

You have indeed a Bill Evans Simitar, a POLESTAR ,the EPO (expert pilots only) version. The CofG 10% of root chord as with most of this type of airplane. Dave

I have used 1/16 balsa from firewall to just behind wing T.E. Just as strong, less than half the weight. This is applied at 45 degrees approx. Dave
