hi there, I just bought 2 Outer shafts from that "Florida Ticket" guy, he's a nice person. Moreover, I realized that those 2 shafts are hollow/outer shafts, so what should I do for the "INNER SHAFT" if my heli gets crashed?? have to get some spare inner shafts also just incase? BTW: is it hard & complicated to change the outer shaft?? thanks!

RE: Interactive Toy Blade Runner Helicopter
hi there, that's what I meant, it's a CRAP! since it's a co-axial heli, the upper blades control the lift and the lower blades do the aleron action and torque elimination like the reqular tail blade on fully functioned heli, if the gear attached to the either upper blades or lower ones coming off, then the heli totally sucks and only spin itself.[:@] If it's not fixiable, hopefully you can return it.

RE: Megatech Horsefly - a really nice heli
hi there, if somebody wants the cheap parts for the Megatech horsefly sold for US$280 (actually Walkera's N0.10 sold for US$150 with Megatech QC, manual & it's logo on heli), go to www.hobbyjapan2000.com or www.ehirobo.com I've ordered some parts from these 2 stores, so far so good, I didn't pay US30 but only 11.5 (plus 5 bucks for shipping, I bought 2 sets & paid the same shipping cost!:)) for the whole set 0f 4 main blades. AND a guy on the net taught me to make a PAIR OF "ANTI-CRASH" BOOTS my self! :) BTW: WELCOME TO our walker#10 formum

RE: Walkera #10
hi, you really scare me sir, you said you've order some parts for you heli, then you asked me that how you know if you got the no.5 or no.10 heli??!! Fisrt of all, let's clarify the model you have, the NO.5 has at least 3 models, the older one and the 2 newer ones called No.5 ver3 & ver4 which have a open top compartment for the gyro & motors, vise versa the old one has a closed one, means you can't see the electronics from outside, but they are all at the same size. see my first 3 attached pictures. Fianlly, the Walkera#10 is the much bigger one compared to the No.5, it has a noticeable ID is the dummy Turbo engine on the top, see the FORTH picture. **If you've order the wrong parts, just email them, they'll hold the shipping and send you the right stuff. the parts# for the NO.5 starting from hm005 and hm010 for the NO.10. (the parts# in your heli's manual can tell too) good luck! BTW: ehirobo.com and hobbyjapan2000.com can mark a lower value on the customs form for you shipment to cut the customs duties, just tell them to do so.

I was that other guy, bought a pair of crystals, never got them but refund! parts took month to ship here![:@] is it a big project to replace a new shaft??? that ebayer sells the bare inner shaft only, you still have to stock up some tiny things attached to it like the limina nips, the head for the fly bar to be snapped into, etc.... BTW: here're my heli's new "Anti-Crash" boots!! [:D]

the PC receiver board (comes with one crystal at 72.870M) from ehirobo.com really works with my exisitng crystals at 72.790M, I mean I replaced the whole pair for the RX/TX connection. Moreover, I try another pair of crystals at 72.190M from another little heli (Apache) from ohter maker, also worked!! :) Thanks! saved me a few bucks!

RE: Walkera Transmitters with other RX does work.
hi there, can somebody answer my question, I bought a receiver PC board for my walkera#10, it's a 72M one & marked with # 72.79M on a crystal inserted into that board, but my exsiting crystals come with the heli (bought from other shop) is 72.87M, so I don't know if the board will work with my existing 72.87M crystals or even I replace the 72.79M crystal (on the board) with my 72.87M one to match another 72.87M crystal inserted to my transmitter??? RE: Walkera #10
hi there, I would like to say sorry for introducing a hobby shop - ehirobo.com to you guys, since I've found a major communication problem with those guys!! 1. they don't speak English at all (they're in Singapore), all email are misunderstanding, eg. I ordered 6 parts 3 weeks aga, but 2 items were on back-order, then they shipped out whatever in stock first. A week later, I ordered some more parts again as a 2nd separated order, we both agreed that they would ship out my 2nd order together with the 2 back ordered items of the first order in the 2nd shippment once everything were available.. But a email from them today saying that "You should combine the order if you want us to ship all parts together!! WHAT A HECK!! 2. snail shipping to the wrong place, I live in Toronto, Canada, they sent to Vancouver, Canada, still don't know where the parcel is now!!

http://www.hobbyjapan2000.com/store/proddetail.php?prod=EK1H-E004 this hobby shop offers upgraded Li-poly batteries of 7.4V 1200MAH and 7.4 1800MAH for the Esky e004, I thinks it's a good guide line for you! usually, the charging time is about 1.5 to 2 hours. I have no problem with my 7.4V 1000MAH for the 4ch Littel Apache heli and the 7.4V 1200MAH for the Walkera #10 heli with this range of the charging time! BTW: can you bring me to your ebay seller's site for the Esky E004 heli? hopefully my opinion helps.

hi there, I'm a newbie flying a walkera NO.10 (horsefly like) co-axial heli, but I want to move one step forward to the reqular heli with main & tail blades. 1. can I know if the esky is better than walkera? 2.is the esky FP & CP are also good for somebody up to my standard (no standard [;)])? 3.What's the difference between the FP & CP besides the prices, which one can handle the windy days (outdoors) better? thanks!

It's usual and also unusual since a new battery shouldn't die that fast but it happens frequently from a low-end manufacture.

RE: Walkera #10
Hi there, I am in Toronto. I broke the landing skid too when flying outdoors, the Heli. No.10 CAN NOT handle any winds at all, if it's NOT a dead calm day, don't try it. the little wind blew the heli up to 5, 6 floors high and dropped back to the ground. I ordered some parts for my heli for a good price.. waiting for a new landing skids. BTW: I saw a guy on the web, who wrapped the landing skid with a 2 foam tubes originally used for the water pipe insulation purpose, it really works & obsorbs most shock when doing the hard landing. I'm going to do the same thing once I've got the new landing skids.

hi jez33, your message still makes me sweat about the 'actual" model no. you've got! DON'T just go by the box!! since different distributers have different boxes for the products!!! **1. Can you post a picture of your heli for me to take a look? OR 2. look into the spare parts page, tell me the item# (eg. hm005 or hm010...) 3. measure the spreaded main blade diameter, should be 13.5 inches for the no.5, and 18 inches for the no.10 AND as what I've pointed out, the no. 10 one has a dummy turbo exhaust thing on the back!! **I posted 2 boxes here, the deep blue one is for NO. 10 & the green one (Last pict) is for NO.5 PLEASE CHECK IT OUT BEFORE THE SHIPPING GETS STARTED!!!!! good lucy.
