RE: one way bearing
i think that is bad it is only supposed to spin one way and catch the other and of you have a 2 speed the one way bearing is in the gear box in the large gear

i will agree you never see a straight answer and if you do it wrong and like chubbysuncle said i am getting tired if buying the same parts every week or two so mine usually sets on the shelf its like when you fix one thing it is something else every day im tired of wasting my money when they can come up with a true fix for these probs i will thing about blowing the dust off of it and getting it back out until then it will collect dust

i have the gpm arms and hubs on my tornado and the work well the c-hubs came with bearing and a funny type screw and i lost one of the screws so i anyone knows what i am talking about and where i can find one please let me know

i just tried it in an area about 2 miles away from any houses or buildings in an open field and it still does it . it goes wide open and i cant control the throttle but i can steer it but if i turn the transmitter of and back on then it works right again and also i switched the steering and throttle and everything worked ok i dont understand, but it was hard to drive like that and also i did chace the servo on the throttle

radio question
i have been having a prob with my radio it is a futaba 2ph sometimes it goes full throttle and i dont have any control over the throttle but i still can steer it when i turn the transmitter off and back on it works again for a while i have also tried my reciever and transmitter that came with the redcat and it does the same thing could it be in the servo any help is appreciated

i think you are right shadymark the smaller the gear on the engine makes more low end and the larger gear on the engines makes more top end the reason for this is that with the small gear on the engine it doesnt take as many rotations to move the spur gear one full rotation and vice versa

RE: Replacing Shocks/Gas Tank
to remove the fuel tank you need to take the screws out of the upper plate and handle rod then remove the fuel lines and the upper plate and tank should lift off then take the two screws out of the tank and remove the tank from the plate. and to remove the shocks take the allen screws out of the shockproof board and the small allen screw out if the lower a arm and this should remove the shock
