RE: Choosing the right ESC for a brushless HPI Baja SS 1:5
why would you wanna convert a 1/5 buggy to electric. its going to take alot of motor and battery to keep with thing moving.

RE: Blitz, SC10, Slash, or Strike?
yeah thats a good way to put it. the blitz is lighter and more of a track truck. slash is more of a street/track truck. its going to be heavier because of the heavy duty parts.

I'm thinking about picking up a Team Associated B4 buggy. Are they a good rc? Good track runner if setup right?

RE: Blitz, SC10, Slash, or Strike?
yeah but all of them are going to be different. The losi and slash are going to be good bashers but flip a little easier than the sc10 and hpi blitz. The sc10 and blitz are going to be a better track truck because of the lower center gravity. This is just my opinion

On all of the SC trucks depends on what and how you wanna run. bashing to race track.

RE: Traxxas 1/10 4WD Slash or 1/16 E-Revo??
I would go with the slash. I own a 1/16th e revo and a sc10 and my sc10 can do alot of more things that my erevo cant to. They will probably go the same speed also with the same battery setup. But with e revo you can run it around in your house if you want to since its so small.
ORIGINAL: STRAFEDOG Just ran new sc10 against new slash,...... sc10 is far superior !
Everyone that i've talked to about the short course trucks say the sc10 is way better than the slash in handling and speed. But not by much in speed. I love my sc10. Speaking of tires.... my stock tire to a great job on the track I run at.

First offical Independent suspenion rock crawler build
Alright. I've done alot of drawing and designing. But I think I've figured out a way to get alot of suspension travel out of a independent suspension truck. More than the summit. But it will take me awhile to build this project because I plan on hitting some problems on the way. But I will keep everyone posted on my progress.

RE: Custom Crawler Ideas
I was thinking of a 4wd stampede then with some custom longer a-arms. about .5 inches wider to allow better traveling and the for shocks make a custom shock tower with savage shock( The really long ones). Just what I'm thinking. Tell me what you think or should add.

Just my 2 cents but the revo can take bumps alot better than a jato. But my engine wont run now. I will start up but run for about a second then shut off

whats up with my engine
I have a hpi 3.0 engine and it will crank up but only for a second and it will die. But when it sits for a while and there isnt any fuel in the lines i have to pull the fuel line off the carb and crank it for fuel to get to the carb. is my engine shot. I have a new glow plug.
