RE: Byron Bullet Jet Help Needed!
ORIGINAL: ecoliburger And get rid of the engine and get a large head OS 91df. That one you have wont even make a good paper weight.
Well, I did see my Uncle fly this a number of times without a problem, so it must of worked for him.

RE: Byron Bullet Jet Help Needed!
ORIGINAL: meps You just purchased a Byron Bullet from Iron Bay? Everytime I've talked to them they've told me that they do not have any kits. Steve
No, I got the plane from a relitives estate, but was able to order parts from Iron Bay. John from Iron Bay said they have everything except the wings and tail parts, but they are going to run production on those parts in Spring of 09.

Byron Bullet Jet Help Needed!
Ok all you DF Jet people out there, I need some help! I received a Byron Bullet Jet from a relitives estate, it seems to be in good condition, but it does need work. The engine has a P on it and is a 67, from what I have researched I think it may be a Picco engine (the glow plug is missing), but their website does not have any information on it. What I need is Documention on the Jet, Motor, glow plugs and some guidance on if I should get a new motor for it. I did contact IronBay, but they stated that they don't have documention on it (electronic format) but they can get some of the parts if I can identify what I need. This is my first DF and I would really be thankful for any help for anyone out there who knows about this Jet. Mike

RE: Nitromodels PREDATOR RQ-1B
Hi all, I have been following this fantastic thread for a while and I just had to get one of these from Nitro! When I opened the box I noticed that a few parts have been changed, it seems that the lower rudder has been redesigned from PJ's photos (no extra tab where it goes into the fuse) and the nose gear is completely different. Has anyone else noticed changes? I am sure I will be asking lots of question even though I have read and re-read this thread a number of times. I am thinking of using this motor and am just wondering if anyone see's problems with it? I ran this through my meter, using a 9.6 prop with a 2100 3S1P and I was getting 280 watts. Also I figure my FCO2 will help with the CG. [link]http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=2047[/link]
