RE: RS4 Club Thread
hey guys. i actually got my car on rear wheel drive right now. haven't tried runnin it yet but im about to either tonight or tomorrow. im gonna try driftin the normal way and since its on rear wheel drive it kinda means that my brakes are only gonna apply to the rear since i took off the front shafts/dogbones (?), kind of like a handbrake. i really think it's gonna work since i know how to do slaloms and actually power thru them. the only problem was when i try to power over the turn the power comes from the front wheels since my real car is a front wheel drive, but i don't know. might work on the rc since real drift cars are mostly RWD. im gonna try runnin it on normal tires and on homemade abs tires. let you guys know whatsup... by the way i actually checked with about 4 hobby shops if it was alright to run my car on 2 wheels instead of 4, like if it was gonna burn my engine or somethin but they actually said it wouldn't since im runnin stock.

RE: Post your RS4 RTR3 Pics and fastest speeds
hey hybrid i actually had an idea about a car club and was actually talkin to jon and to some other guys about startin it. i already know someone who could do the decals. im tryin the decals out myself, supposed to have the team name by next week. too bad u guys are in the states though. i mean its always nicer to work on ur car with a group of buddies right instead of workin on it yourself. that way everyone helps each other. give me about a week and a half and i would be able to get the club more organized. hey jon, just sit back man, let me handle it first then i'd invite/get u in if u want. the only thing is if i was to run this club/team thing with some people i don't know if i should go hpi rs4 only or general 1/10 scale nitro car. the reason im thinkin about this is because i have some friends that do have ofnas and yokomos and tamiyas and stuff. plus i don't know if i'd invite truck guys in cause it kinda pisses me off sometimes when i see them runnin their trucks on the snow and rugged stuff and i could only run my car on flat surfaces.

hpi products vs. gpm brand and some extra help
hi. im thinkin of either gettin the hpi super chassis or the gpm one. need help gettin opinions regarding this. plus the upperbody too. by the way, need some huge help. was wondering if u guys have any idea of the prices for the following and if it's really worth it to get them: sway bars racing clutch engine head (bigger) tuned pipe (need a good brand please thanks) front and rear carbon shock tower fibre brake disc air filter (brand and price please) i mean u could see the prices on the web right but they're different when u go to the hobby shop any help would be greatly appreciated. its just that i was plannin on gettin a chassis and upper deck upgrade but i kinda figured to start on the parts mentioned above first. thanks again.

RE: Headlights on RS4 18SS
oh my bad u are from toronto. go to pinnacle hobby located in markham road. u know where that is though right? if u do let me know then i'll give u the exact location. i got the kit for either $35 or $42, i can't remember. what i did was actually a $hi++y job. a lot of people do their lights better. go to youtube.com and search for team d10. they really have nice light setups on their cars.
