for a fbl control unit, get yourself a beastx. i have 4 of them and they all work great. don't forget to get a satellite and an adapter, so you don't need to use a receiver

RE: South East PA Battlefield/Workshop
hey guys, i took a few more pics. acouple more of the shop and one of the first fire to start burning off all the wood we cleared from the battle field/race track. the shop is almost done, we have a few small things to do, so now more time can be put into the battle field/race track. you can see in the back ground of the fire pic, the piles of wood we have to get rid of. come winter time, it'll be nice to warm up by a fire, instead of having to go to the shop. mostly all that is left is to rake up the small sticks and leafs, then get some dirt brought in and start setting things up
ORIGINAL: Rebellion13
ORIGINAL: TheBennyB Don't worry Jim,  there's an attic above the shop which will be finished and have sleeping quarters.  Might be a little warm in the summer though.
So your saying, it will be a room full of men, in an attic, in the summer heat? [X(]
bret. by the sounds of this, i think i'll stick to staying in the house basement or your spare guest room. no dude fest for me. lol

Hi guys, I'm just checking in. Bret and I are almost there, just another 25 miles to go. I can't wait to see everybody and do some much needed battling. It's going to be a great weekend. Plus don't forget about the after hours choir practices, they are always a good time to

RE: panzer iv build
ORIGINAL: thecommander Hi Tony, I've been followig your build and it looks great. Kim says she can wait to put some holes into it with her Pershing for added realism. [:@] I'll gladly back you up with my Panther pal. It was too bad that you and Brett couldn't make it to the NEAD event. The weather man was 180 degrees out and it was a perfect day. I think we will pick-up 3 new NEAD members from that battleday. I do want to have a battleday down south by your guys in the late spring. Keep an eye out for a suitable battlefield. We'll talk more about it at Danville. Nice job on the pzr IV. I can't wait to see it in action. Bob
thanks bob for the kind words. i really like the way it turned out and enjoyed building it. i'm looking forwad to seeing you and the girls again, and everyone else. sorry bret and i didn't make the last nead battle, with the drive and the not so good weather forcast we decided it would be best to stay at home and get some work done to the tank. bret's working on moving to a new place and has plans for a battlefield, i think we could make somethng happen after he gets settled in and the field set up. we have talked about having nead come to battle with us and try and get some more ace guys in on it to. i'll leave any other info about it for him to talk about. thanks again, see you in danville

RE: panzer iv build
ORIGINAL: Green Amphibian How are you liking those hard shell batteries? Herman
hi herman, love your water stuff. this is the first time i tried the hard shells. i use turnigy batts for my other r/c's with great success. and after seeing bret's soft shell batts from repeated in and out of the tanks, bret and i both thought i would be a good idea to use the hard. so i'm guessing it's a win/win kinda thing. good power, and no worring about the shell after use
