RE: Pipe for DLE 35 RA
Replied your email. I never use the pipe to fit to DLE35RA and I'd like to know the result. I send you the pipe for free but I can save the money to buy a DLE35RA for the pipe fitting result. It is worth to me.

RE: Pipe for DLE 35 RA
ORIGINAL: LRFitch Guys, Thanking about putting a DLE 35 RA in a 2 meter pattern airplane. Everything I've read says it is a good setup for a pipe on the DLE's rear exhaust. What are sources for an appropriate header and pipe? Does anyone have experience with running the DLE 35 on a pipe? Help me understand. Thanks, Larry Fitch
I got a pipe used to fit to Zenah 40CC engine and left a surface defective one in hand. If you want to get this to try. I'd like to send you for free. The only you have to spend is post charge from China. The pipe as attachment shows.

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
Here I have MT35,DLA32,DLE30,DLE55,DLA56,JC60 and a converted 63CC engine from my friend. Let's start to do the same experiment for all of these engines to look what result we will have. The experiment must be hold and complete in same day otherwise the weather condition effect the RPM value much. I have to arrange my staff and time for it. Please don't hurry me up. Thank you!

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
The experiment just want to clearify the header length will effect engine RPM. The reason why in this thread because of we had discussed this project at here month ago.

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
3136, maybe I can shorter the header to 200mm to get the rpm value later. But I don't know if the 200mm header can apply to airplane installation. Good idea for the tube banding tool if I don't have CNC tube banding machine in factory.

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
I don't have a PTE36R on hand. So, I can't do the same experiment. The header length measurement is from exhaust port to end of header including flex section. The value of the experiment just for reference. I know different engine will cause different result because of their design and engine conditions like temperature....etc Here I have the other small engine DLA32. Maybe I can do it again if you guys have interesting to know the result.

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
ORIGINAL: Rocketman_ That will be another valuable test and I'm sure that all interested parties will be looking forward to seeing what effect the canister has on the engine's performance while it significantly reduces the noise. Maybe your next test will satisfy our curiosity about the differences between a convoluted flexible header and a smooth header.
The result of RPM effective experiment between aluminium and stainless felexible header is shown as below: Engine: MT35 muffler type: Stock muffler, Pitts style muffler, Canister with different length of header type Propeller: FX 18x8 Muffler type header length RPM(aluminim) RPM(stainless flexible) Stock muffler 7850 Pitts Style 8100 Canister 325mm 7430 7000 300mm 7590 7170 275mm 7830 7400 250mm 8110 7680 225mm 8420 8000 Refer to the result above, We can see the stainless flexible header reduce engine RPM with canister much more than aluminium header.

I'd like to do the further experiment with same engine, propeller and pitts style muffler but aluminium headers with same range of length to see what difference with stainless flexible headers today afternoon. Will post the result here also for your reference.

Jody, I don't know how you to be tell about Tomy. Most of your description about MT are wrong. As I know you never come to China to meet MT Engine people maybe TOM did. Actually, MT Engine factory is apart with the office. All of you never been there but I did. Never saw a labor like what you mentioned and you asked Tomy to deliver the MT enigine parts to XYZ(Mr. Xu) for combination. Did you? Don't you know your words power in RCU? How can you publish the words you can't sure here? very disappointed and shame you on it

RE: Has anyone tried the new PTE36R ?
Maybe the 55 pitts you bought from SDS is made by me and the price is lowest on the market but I never dealing with them. One of my dealer is selling the pitts to them. How it works with your engine? I never sell my product to public but offer to some of my friends in the world for friendship. I'm very appreciate the comment from friends after they use my products. Their suggestion and comment is a good value to me for improving my products Louis

RE: canisters vs. stock mufflers
My personal idea, Canister is worth to use although the weight is over stock muffler. canister will bring you quieter at noise. powerful at engine performance. Most of canister increase top RPM about 300-500rpm.

header length changed engine's rpm and transaction. Should we have it an experiment? I have the canister and header as 3136 had and MT35CC/DLA32CC engine. How many guys want to know the rpm result when the header shorter inch by inch? I can publish the result value after the experiment. Louis

3136, hehe... It is depend on what engine you are using. Sorry to mislead you to cut the header to wrong length what we tested with the other brand 35CC engine got best rpm result. Maybe there is nowhere can buy the header alone. I can send you a full length header for free Louis

RE: JC23EVO experience event
Really I don't understand why Chinese engine manufacture don't go USA to build their own sales and service center. Maybe higher their cost a little but I do believe the profit they get must be higher a lots. Direct selling by manufacture like what DA is doing in USA.

RE: EME 55 DLE's new Cousin?
Drug problem equal to Chinese made engines??!! Really can't accept it. What a crazy analogy it is! Some of Chinese made engines are bad because of they haven't long term plan on the engine business. So, their behavier like to get "Quick Cash" they want. The kind of factory will be crashed sooner or later. At the other hand, There are some of Chinese are doing long term business with model engines. DLE is the best one at this moment. Back to the first when DLE show up in the market, What did you guys called them? "COPY CAT"? "Thief"? We have to admit DLE is doing good after their years effort in this field and build up a good track for Chinese now. As I know there are many China engine manufacturers willing to do the same thing with DLE. When you are enjoying the happy hours with Chinese made cheap and stable engine. I suggest you to write a thankful letter tto encourage the manufacture. They must to keeping the quality advance for feedback. Maybe Chinese made products impact to your country made products in market but they keep your cash flow saver. You could enjoy the same pleasure with them in a half of money you cost for your country made products. Isn't it?
