What do you think about this?
I recently picked up a NIB Prather LapCat III, this is the 36"L version. I need a K&B 11cc outboard but can only find decent 7.5's. Will a 7.5 do? This is not to race, more of a father-son build, but I still would like it to haul the mail pretty good. What do you think? Maybe I'll just hold out for a 11cc. Thanks Kelly. Oh, if you happen to have a K&B 11cc outboard or know somebody that does... Please let me know. Thanks again

7.5 outboard lower on 11cc
Will a K&B 7.5 lower fit on a K&B 11cc upper? I'm trying to find a 11cc lower but I can only find (not many at that) are 7.5 lowers. Thanks.

I don't get all the E-maxx put downs... I've got a 3908, It has a Novak HV Pro esc and HV 6.5 motor on two 2S lipos.I bash it pretty good and I've only had to replace one upper front arm. Lucky I guess,Hmmm.

I've had a classic maxx, then moved up to a 3.3 maxx. I got tired of the constant tuning and fussing with it so I bought an HPI 5B, liked it so much I bought a 5T. What do I have now??? Sold it all for a bad azz brushless E-maxx with a Novak HV Pro set-up. I gotta say... on 4s, it's just as awesome (and fast) as all the others but without the noise or mess. Kelly

I just picked up an ext2 used of this site for my 7yo son (he has a blast with my e-maxx with a novak HV on two 2s packs). Figured I get something for him to kill lol. First thing I did was make it brushless. I picked up this from my LHS, http://www.anticsonline.co.uk/1631_1_105745487.html , apparently its discontinued so i got it for way under a hundred bucks. I'm using a zippy 2s and its been a ton of fun so far.

I run this exact set-up on my 3908 ,only I have a fan on the motor also, with 2-2s lipo's and a solid 45-50 minutes of run time with no overheating issues. I'll have to check the spur and pinion count for you.

I want it all....for under $60 ?
I need a charger that will charge my rx pack-6v- and my Tx pack -9.6v- and also be able to charge a variety of other batteries,ie, 6 maybe 7 cell nickle metal..possibly lipo's...all for a decent price as I've gone pretty much broke building my MTI. LOL! Any suggestions??? Thx.

Pro Boat or Aquacraft?
So i'm looking to get a little rc boat for my son to use on the small lake on our property (about 30x80). I've narrowed it down to the Aquqcraft mini wildcat or the Pro Boat mini-C. I like the idea of twin motors on the wildcat but I also like the Pro Boat single motor as far as less to screw-up. They seem to be basically the same though, anyone have any first hand use of either of these....likes...dislikes.. What about hop-ups? Thx. Kelly
