Hello Moki owners. I just discovered that my prop 26x16 for my Moki 150 is to long for my Beaver. Yhe prop will hit the ground during take off! I think I had to use a prop size 24x? Can you recomend a 24" prop that suits the engine

RE: MOKI RADIAL Care and Maintenence
Ups sorry, but it isn't my picture [:)]. It's stolen from an earlier input in this thread. I only use it to explain where on the engine there was smoke. There must be some electronic device below, but I can't understand why it should break down with normal run and 4,8 volt. I enclose a pic of the REAL engine :)

RE: MOKI RADIAL Care and Maintenence
Hi guys - I need some help here. Today I started my Moki 150 for the second time. I have an APS fuel pump installed. The Pump have 5 cell NiMh and the engine 4 cell NiMh Both times the engine run perfectly. Total ½ gasllon for now in the test bench After 10 min in the test bench today yhere was a little bit of smoke from the electronic ignition and the " other end" the black cover at the engine (see picture) Is it my fault?? or some electronic failure?? Another question: something I dont understand [:o] was mentioned in the manual for the pump about the clear festo line. Can you tell me if I should do anything!

What brand of Meth. Fuel do you recommend
Hi there. I have several 4-stroke OS methanol engines including Gemini and Sirius. I really need some advise about the content of the different brands of Methanol fuels. We all have different experiences, but I'm just wondering about the quality of the methanol and the oil inside. When we buy expensive engines it is wisely to choose only the best for running, but I really don't know what brand to pick. Please advise me!

RE: Futaba mz 14 Fully integrated 2.4???
Well, I still think an integrated 2,4 antenna would be a better solution as the JR12X and several others. Also the telemetri they have announced is worth waiting for.

RE: Futaba mz 14 Fully integrated 2.4???
Well, still I think if Futaba will keep their position with the main leading high end transmitter, they have to make their next step very soon. Here in Europe I only see some few pilots using the 35 mhz. Everyone is using 2.4 today. If I want a new dvd player, I don't buy a new machine with VHS!I will no longer spend my money in the 35 mhz system either, and I don't buy a high end Transmitter every day, so I think it's naturally to look for a system based on tommorrow and not yesterday. Come on Futaba. Whats in your mind! It's like the music industry. Give us a new number, and if we like it we buy the album. [>:][:o]

RE: Futaba mz 14 Fully integrated 2.4???
Well it could be worth waiting for. Everything I have bought the last couple of years has been upgradet a couple of weeks after. Soonest I bought an Apple lap, and only a week after they introduced a hole new series.[:'(] I dson't want to make the same mistake with my coming 2.4 Transmitter

RE: Futaba mz 14 Fully integrated 2.4???
Yes I agree, but if you only buy this transmitter with only one purpose, it would be nice with an integrated solution. Thats why I'm also looking at JR 12X Have anyone heard from Futaba. Is an integrated version on their way.

What Scale plane fit a OS 50 ccm Radial
Hey. I'm the happy owner of a OS 50 ccm Radial engine. I'm looking for a ARF plane that fit. I specially love the Bee Gee Sportster, Corsair, but again a lot of planes are awesome! It's important that there is free look to the engine. I can't find the right ARF. Please give me your ideas. Thanks Best regards Christian
