tx causes my servos to glitch
Whenever i turn on my 900 mhz 1W video camera transmitter (from ng hobbies)while i have my 2.4 ghz rc transmitter (DX7) on, all my servos twitch and the range of the rc link is significantly reduced. I bought the 900 mhz system in the hopes that i would not have interference between the two systems. Does anyone have any advice to remedy this problem? Its seems like no matter how far away from the rc reciever i put the video TX they still seem to twitch(however if it is very close to the receiver the servos twitch to a much worse extent). i was told that the position and type of servos or a different type of antenna might be helpful but i am unsure.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hey thanks for the help everybody. i think ill definitly take your advice chippedprop and put some hing pins in it if my hobbystores got some that will work. im glad i dont need to get a whole new airframe i can just fix this one. just to clarify, i didn't have to cut off any of the trailing edge of the elevon i just trimmed the frays off the front of the elevon where it meets the wing. thanks again -PN

RE: FUNJET
the rest of the plane wasnt damage except this one spot. the elevon was ripped off because of a overly fast landing. after it was torn off i trimmed the frayed ends of the hing, thats why the cut looks so clean. the farthest part of the trailing edge that sits next to the elevon was also damged but was glued back on with ca and is secure. heres the pictures of the damge. let me know what you think. any help is appreciated

RE: Fiberglass or Foam???
im pretty sure that anything fiberglass would be better suited to high performance/speed than using a type of foam. but thats not to say there isnt some fast foam jets out there. whatever you decide both are pretty good choices, just a matter of what you want to spend.

RE: 2.4 wireless camera from nitroplanes.com
i had a simular camera that had intructions that said you could hook it up to a video camera to record. when i went to do this myself i found that it was impposible to get video. most likely our particular video cameras are not compatible with the reciver. thats my 2 cents.
