RE: hobby city Turnigy HP 50 engine-any good?
ORIGINAL: xyzengine [:D] The TGY 50HP is different from TGY 52cc. TGY HP50 is a rotary valve engine, and the muffler is like this[link=http://xyzengines.ec51.com/offer/833055.html]muffler[/link]
I also noticed the turnigy hp50 is also quite a bit lighter than the tgy 52cc. Do you know if the weight spec on hobbycity for the HP50 includes muffler, CDI igntion, ect?

RE: hobby city Turnigy HP 50 engine-any good?
glad to hear you guys are having good success with your engines. I'm looking at either the 45CC or the 52CC gas engine from hobbycity for my 1/4 scale patty wagstaff extra. Does anyone know how to put a smoke system on this engine? That is pretty much the only thing keeping me from going electric with this plane[;)] Thanks!
