Robert always hates on Green flag, not even sure why he post on here. Green flags Dirt is hard on your chassis but the track itself is nice and very fun. Even after JBRL I read a lot of really good positive comments about Green flag on S-grid.

MXnut, as far as tires that work there. Holeshots, crimefighters, bowties, cityblocks, gators, revolvers, calibers. pretty much everything. Holeshots wont last long there though. Soft and medium tires both work good there.

Jimmy Babcock response 874 of 881: Sep 15 17:47 EDT 2009 Hey guys I got some info on Green Flag Raceway and this weekends JBRL Nitro round #6. The track will be open Saturday for practice from 12pm (noon) until dusk. They will water the track all weekend including periodically during Saturdays practice and when needed on Sunday. There will be a $10 practice fee for those who want to run on Saturday. Motor homes and trailers will be allowed and overnight camping is allowed for no fee. As far as Sunday goes everything will return to normal JBRL schedule. 6am to 8am is practice for those who did not run on Saturday. Drivers meeting at 8:30 and racing begins promptly at 9am. Joey Christiansen will take over the mic at 9am but I will be there in the morning to set up, enter the names and do the drivers meeting. Make sure everyone is respectful and obey the rules Saturday because I have already told the track manager that he has the power on Saturday to kick the trouble makers out for the weekend. Lets all have fun and remember that we need these tracks to play on in the future!!!

Dave, how longer is races held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month? A guy from Las Vegas on rctech wants to come race early September and would like to know the schedule. thanks

I imagine, you guys work your butts off. Dang too bad we couldn't work our bellies off[:)] I am pretty sure most people don't realize what all you guys do. Well i'll try and help out more. lol. well some of us have 3 little kids a full time job and a wife that works nights oh ya and has college classes during the week:) So if I am going to get out and help once in awhile I would like to be there when a tractor is there so we could get more stuff done[;)] Actually if I was able to come help out more I would, trust me just ask Jimmy.[:D]

reas040459, I think he is saying the problem is not enough people show up to have all the right classes. It would be nice to have a beginner and novice class but like he said we would need more people to sign up. Most of the people that race in the sportsman class there would probably race novice or sportsman at any other track. Like Jim said last week a guy for his FIRST time ever running on a track ran with the truggys, expert and sportsman[X(] AND, he had a blast. SO Rick when is the big green tractor going to come to green flag?[:D]
