Buggy suggestions?
Hey guys, i just recently discovered how much fun buggies are but being only 14 i have almost no expirience with them. i do have a bit of expirience with nitro engines though. at the moment im just looking for a durable, fast nitro buggy at a reasonable price that i can run mostly on grass. any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Im using a .46 on it. I went out for a run a couple of days ago and it works pretty well and is incredibly stable, but our camera, being very old, did hnot go so well and is ready for the dump. So no vids sorry. Mabey when I get back from our trip next week we might have a new camera so i could get some vids then.

Rivets should work fine, I use them all the time and as long as you get it right they usually hold up pretty well.

Tank Position
Hi I just bought a .46 ax and in the instructions it says the top of the fuel tank should be 5-10mm above the carburator. How important is this as I am building an airboat and would like the tank in the hull, about 7 inches below the engine. Would this be a problem or does it not matter that much. Thanks in advance, Hamish

RE: HELP first scatch build
I had the same problem with my electric on grass. Eventually I came to the conclusion there was just too much friction on the bow so the stern just lifted then when I gave it a nudge it would suddenly take off then flip. When the stern lifts the angle of the motor pushes the bow into the ground further making even more friction. Try to angle the motor down a bit so its pushing down slightly on the stern. Hope this helps[:D]
