Thanks for the comments guys. My buddy Vern and I thought this would be an excellent spot to have a place were people could come hang out and have a good time. We have been open for 4 weeks as of yesterday. As mentioned our store name is House of Power Hobbies and we are loctaed at 15904 west st rd 84 Sunrise Fl, 33326. Sorry I did not post sooner I have not been on for a couple of days.

Yes, worth every penny. My buddy just took possesion of his third UB. A battery fire took one of them. and the other one is going into its fourth year of flying. I can tell you its a very strong airframe and very nimble on the sticks.

Yes, the tree's are a pain. The other side of the field is open, but you can not fly to far west because of a park boundary. We are supposed to go to another field on Sunday so I can open it up some more. I am very pleased so far.

Evojet 180 is here
Well it has been a long waite to get the 180, but the waite is over. I got my 180vx on Friday and I love it. The size the power the smooth starting sequence and quick spool times are fantastic. I have about an hour of flight time on it and so far it has made me smile everytime I have used it. If anyone saw me at Fj with the Ultra Bandit and the 160 you got to see the power and performance of the 160. Well the 180 is the same size just more power and its a noticeable difference for sure. I had a small video made but have not got it up yet due to computer problems at home. I had to send this post from my phone but will post more as soon as I get my problem fixed.

A big thanks to the Tiano group for another great event. The field is new it takes time to get it right, but as far as small planes go I put in about 30 or more flights on my Electra with out any issues what so ever. The other aircraft we brought flew all weekend as well and no problems. Did some planes have problems? Yes. I will be back again at Top Gun and for FL Jets 2012.
