RE: Gateway Jets St Louis June 11-14
I hope everyone made the trip back home safley ! We would like to thank all the pilots & thier familys who came from out of town to attend our 3rd annual Gateway Jet Fly In! Mother Nature sure was kind eventhou that we had a heavy rain shower Wed. night. Thursday thru Sunday could not have been nicer. Five to fifteen mph winds with temp. in the 70's and 80's . Sure was nice seeing everyone again and there was NO drama, just alot of good friends having a good time. Its pretty cool that in this hobby people are so willing to help out each other. So everyone gets in some quality flight time. There was definitely alot of kerosene burned thru out the four days. Hope everyone enjoyed our fly in and have a great sumer of flying and if your in town don't hesitate to stop buy to fly with us again. Thanks again Stan King prez slrcfa

RE: 2nd Annual Gateway Jet Rally June 19-22nd!!!
Hello guys I hope everyone will be able to attend our jet fly this weekend, just wanted to let everyone know that the flooding that everyone is talking about on TV is not affecting our location all major roads are just fine and our field is located on the edge of St. Louis county which is approximately 25 miles from the Mississippi river where the flooding is affecting everyone. So things are good to go and the weather is looking great. Hope to see you there. thanks Stan King Prez SLRCFA

RE: 2nd Annual Gateway Jet Rally June 19-22nd!!!
Hello all On behalf of St Louis Radio Control Flying Association we would like to extend an invitation to all the jet pilots and spectators who attended our event last year. We hope you all had a great time and made some new friends. I know personally I did, even though I dont personally fly turbins. It was a great group of guys and I am looking forward to seeing them again this year. I hope everyone can attend again and bring some more of their fellow pilots and friends to make an even bigger event this year. I'm sure all of you heard about our catastrophy (flood) this spring, I'm very proud to report that things are just about back to normal. Our organisation literally worked their butts off. When you see the field you won't believe that the pictures from the flood were taken at that sight. Hope to see you all very soon as it is already June. Now we get to do some flying instead of working on the field! Our field is located at 788 Augustine Rd. Eureka, MO 63025. I hope everyone has a great summer of flying. Cordially, Stan King President SLRCFA

RE: NEPTUNE SEAPLANE
hello I emailed quick tech hobbys 3 times with no reply , as far as i am concerned any company that has no phone # for contacts is not a very reputible company, I then contacted gree model USA by phone i might add , a very helpful man answered and i mentioned that i am interested in buying sevral [10] planes through our club he is going to make us a good deal ! i think these companys that have no way to actually speak with a company rep is a very poor way to do business as far as i am concerned! well any way we are looking forward to recieving our NEPTUNES ! I just thought everyone would like to know about my expearence with quick tech hobbys i sure would hate to try and deal with parts with them since i could not get them to even sell us 10 planes
