RE: Traxxas and HPI
If you compare the quality between the rustler and the flux you will see the flux has much more engineering built into it. its a newer platform and it will drive much nicer. I had a rustler over 5 years ago and not much has changed. All Traxxas did was strap a VXL in it, change the paint scheme and body, and upgraded the plastic a little bit. If you cant get the savage... go with the firestorm

RE: If an astronaut threw a balsa chuck glider....
I think that if you threw it towards the earth from an orbiting spaceship... You would only throw throw plane into an elliptical orbit. If you wanted to get the plane to hit the earth then you have to slow it way down. (like if you threw the plane opposite of the way the spaceship was traveling)

RE: New Su-26xp or micro 4site?
I wanna solve the wing rocking problem... when you try to do high alfa maneuvers the plane leafs/rocks through the air and i was hoping that the SU26xp wouldn't do that like the old one did. Unfortunatly it still does. The wings design makes the edge of the wing stall first (causing wing rocking) I want to figure out a way so that the planes wing stalls from the center out producing much better control a slow speeds. I don't really know how im going to go about doing it. change the shape of the wing? add area to the wing tips? any suggestions?

RE: New Su-26xp or micro 4site?
i got the su 26xp and havent stopped flying it since. This plane is great for practicing... Ive crashed this thing a billion time and haven't broken a thing. Its really hard to break. the elevator and rudder sometimes crease but some scotch tape fixes it quite fast

Blade MSR... is it fun?
I am an intermediate heli pilot. I usually fly my mini titan 3d i can do loops and rolls. I see a lot of people saying that the new Blade MSR is a good step up from coaxial helis. Would a pilot like me still have fun with this even though it is geared more towards beginners?

I know i said that 40Amp was a little to big but i actually think it would be perfect. Most guys are running 35amp or 40amp esc's on there t-rexes. Take a look at this one. http://cy-model.com/osc/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=293&osCsid=4o7d15spfcjqjht4e6a61bomo3

Victorzrama- The shipping is included with the price of the tarot 450. you would have to pay for shipping on the HK 450. A 3700 kv motor aand a 40 amp is also a little on the big side

I would love to upgrade to a bigger heli but i am on a budget i already have all of the electronics for a 450 and so i really only want to transfer the electronics into a new heli.

RE: T-rex 450 clone desicion
No thats fine it kinda keeps the thread alive so your almost helping SE usually means there performance model usually all aluminum. Like a corvette Z06 vs. a C6 And yes they usually are a little more durable Generally the bigger the heli the more stble and easier to fly it is, but on the downside it will cost more to repair. . Cleartoengage and charlie-13t pinon it sounds like all fingers are pionting to my battery as being the problem. I've never heard of a DN power battery and the balance charger doesn't work so i can't keep my cells balanced

RE: T-rex 450 clone desicion
To tell you the truth i don't know how old it is.... i bought the heli used and the battery came with it. And i spose that every time in done flying it is puffed. But once it cools down it goes back to normal size My mini titan also probably has about 60 bucks wortj of damage and my LHS doesn't carry MT parts. why not spend a little more to get an all CNC T-rex clone and have full parts support at my LHS Now im really leaning towards the Flasher 450

I actually have a mini titan and i am sick of all the damn problems its giving me That stubborn mini titan is the reason Im looking for a new heli. I've had this shaking problem since day one. (I've had the heli for over a year now) When i even hover it shakes... when i do a flip of something it goes into a crazy shake/wobble and i can't control it until it hits the ground and snaps out of the woble here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHw-VRNWfok&feature=channel_page
