RE: Leaking fuel trough the head!
I have a Magnum engine that was doing the same thing. Pulled the head and it did not have a gasket. Added a gasket and no change. Messed with it for a while and got to wondering if it was possible that the leak was coming from between the crank case and sleeve. A very small amout if silicone on the outside of the sleeve solved the problem. Just to make sure it was not a fluke I removed the silicone and the leak returned. Reapplied silicome and no more leak. Believe it or not.

RE: Interesting experience with Tower Hobbies
It is frustrating to recieve the wrong (or a defective) part. I have a couple issues with Tower. One was warranty parts for a Nitro Terror truck. Parts were back ordered for almost 3 months. Called and complained about having waited over twice as long for parts as I had owned the truck and could I return it for a refund. Long story short they found used parts to get me going and still sent the new parts. The other one was a Vista fuselage. Waited 1 1/2 months on back order and the expected restock time was extended another month. Called and long story short they pulled a fuse out of a new kit and sent it. I will not order another Tower brand product that I may need support on, but I will order from Tower again. In both cases they came through and made it right.

STICK 40 VS SWIZZLE STICK TAIL.
I am building a Stick 40 from a balsa USA kit to use as a trainer. I like the old swizzle stick tail. Is there a good reason not to put the swizzle stick tail on a stick 40? What about Ugly Stick wing tips on the Stick 40? To me it would look a lot better than the blocky stick 40 stuff.
