Well the swamp buggy kit arrived to day and I am about to get started. The kit looks ok and I will be adding one coat of fiberglass to it when it is all done. The Dumas directions are rather sketchy at best..

I have ordered this kit and am waiting for it to arrive. I wll be using a Suppo 2217 brushless and a 3s 2200mah lipo. Should go like hell. Any build mods that will make the boat better. thanks.

Well I have been using the RDS8000 on my IOM sailboat now for 2 weeks, not a problem so far. Had the boat about 700 to 800 ft out and no issues. Will keep things updated on the marine environment use. So far a great product.

I have purchased the RDS8000 and plan to use it on an Internatioal One Meter sailboat. As no one here can tell me thathey have used this radio on water I will keep you all posted on how it works in a marine environment. Both Mike and Craig were very helpful in answering my questions...

I an considering the Airtronics rds8000 8 ch 2.4 radio. What I need to know is, will it work in my one meter sailboat as well as it works on planes an cars? I am using a Spektum DX6i now and want something better. Any info is appreciated
