Dirk; I have a140F (005). I sent it in for service last November, and it runs great. Only one thing bothers me. It takes a full miniute to start. It never took that long last year. Is there something I can do to change this? Roger Olsen

My 12X does the same thing.I have two packs, one Eneloop and one JR.I think that this is caused by low temp. Once the voltage gets about 10.4 volts the screen will flash once and then turn on. Any lower in the voltage and only the landing gear default in the up position will let the screen come on. Ehen the gear switch is in the down position the screen will juist flash, but the transmitter will not turn on. I think I will have to buy a new transmitter, and transfer the info tothe new one. I can not trust this one any farther than I can through it.

I have 4 Flash and all are set up the way the instructions say and using the clunks that were provided. I have never had a flame out.....

I have been using Durlite 123s since 09. I use two packs with a Powerbox switch and the chargers from Duralite. Once you use them you won't go back to any other battries.

I have been using 123-s since early in 09. I use Duralite + the Powerbox switch. Have had no trouble with them, and they seldom take mor than 30 min. to charge. All three of my jets are now 123 powered,plus my K140 has i three cell123.

I never had a flaemout in over 70 flights. I use K-1 with aeroshell 500, the winter and the snow shut me down.If price is everything the Kingtech will more than fill the bill.If price is not that big ofa deal, buy TWO of them.

I have two p-120se's and one K140f. Once the 140 is primed right you will have no trouble with that engine.Unfortunenately the instructions are not specefic on how to do that. If you want more E-mail me.
