Janne, Excellent video and inspiring for those of us with airworld gripens on our building tables. Hope you will share the setup with us including CG, canard throw and other details to help us make our gripens fly like yours. Will be on mine soon as I finish my tomahawk hawk. I am wondering if someone could describe and/or post pictures of how they made their pilot seats removable from the cockpit. I am debating some methods but hope someone was more clever than me and I can reproduce your work in my hawk. Thanks Roy

JR 12X battery
I have a JR 12X (have had TX for years) standard issue Ni-mh hydride battery in my TX that is about 1 to maybe 2 years old. When I turn it on after almost a full charge the screen flashes briefly then you can read the lit up screen and it reads 9.5 volts then after a couple of seconds will go up to read 10.3 or 10.4 volts. Is this an indication of a problem with my transmitter or my battery? Thanks Roy

I am rigging up my flaps. Are people rigging the servo arm on the flap servo pointing to top of the wing or to the bottom of the wing?

RE: Tomahawk-Design Bae Hawk 1: 3.5
Wish I had seen your posting earlier. My gear is down at joe's shop and I could have taken pictures. Yes you glue the abs strt molds directly to the strut . You will need to overlap the shelf portion on one of the abs halfs. I think I may have removed some of the abs "shelf portion to make it fit better. I used methyl methacrylate glue to glue it together. Then use car body putty (polyester resin based) to smooth out the seams and paint. Then when the gear is mounted in place in the wing fully retracted glue the gear door to the strut with the same glue and hold door flush to the wing til the glue dries. Rhen you can go in and prime and do more fill and primer till looks right then paint. Mount the brake fittings before painting. You'll have to cut in half and glue on before painting . The brake needs painted on primer to fill the porous resin. My gear is finished but I can get some pictures for you next weekend when I am there. Mine came out looking pretty nice. Roy

I have the very nice instrument panel for my tutor also. Curious how other people are installing this. I assume most are making it removable. Would be in debt for some explanation or pictures of this process. Thanks

RE: CARF CT-114 Tutor 2.6m Build thread
I am in the process of finishing my tutor and will post some pictures soon . The question I have is the elevator servo extensions. Is it possible to fish it thru the vertical fin so they drop out in front of the rudder servo or must they drop out thru the back of the vertical fin just in front of the leading edge of the rudder? Thanks Roy
