RE: is it really that good? u can do
My least favorite plane. Don't care for it that much. I have the reactor and I love it. Much better plane than the U can do.

RE: dualist 2/60
OK I do have a set of plans for the dualist II. You would have to scratch build it, but in my opinion it is worth the time and effort. Can't remember the guys name that originally designed the plane. Someone on here will remember his name.He was a scale genius and entered a lot of contests. His name is on the tip of my tongue and I can't remember his name.[:(]

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Is this true , that Henry will not produce any more airframes at all? All I am getting from these posts is that the fuselages came from China.......SO WHAT IF THEY DID....how else could you get a turbine airframe for the price that we did. Will some one please give a straight forward explanation on what is going on here.

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Henry, There must be a big miscommunication about this. When we talked on the phone you told me that you were not handling the servo package any more. You did mention the hi tec 225,s BUT you never told me that you were going to replace the bad ones with the hi tec's, if you did say that then I misunderstood you. That is why I bought the hi tec's on my own. I will call you some time today( I work today).

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
OK guys I have another problem besides the landing gear. As I mentioned a few posts back that both of the rudder servos failed on me so I bought two hi tec 225mg's for the rudder. Now I am wondering if they will hold up to the 7.4 volt lipo's. What are you fellows running in your tornado's. The sad part about this is that is the first time that I turned the power on these two servos from Henry and he told me that they are not carrying them any more so I was stuck for the price of the two new servos.

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Well in all honesty he wants me to send them to him, but I don't see why I would want to send them to him if he does not have any to replace them. I did not open them up at first because I didn't want him to say that I tinkered with them. I am curious as to what caused the one to smoke....never seen a servo smoke.

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Hi guys....I haven't posted any thing latley so I have a thought on the servos that I got off of Henry. I pluged in the rudder servos into the rudder slot on the receiver and turned the radio on and almost instantaly the one servo smoked and the other servo froze up. I have never seen a servo smoke and I have been flying for over 30 years. I talked to Henry about this but they are not using these servos any more, so I ordered a couple of hi tec 225's and now I have to modify the servo opening tol use these servos.

LOOKING FOR....
Hi guys, I am looking for some labels to mark all of my servo wires and connections so I don't have to fumble around trying to figure what goes where. I seem to be having no luck tracking down the lables and I know that someone somewhere makes them. Can anyone put me onto them. I know that futaba used to make them but I am having no luck tracking them down. Thanks Rich

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
RAMZ, That's what i wanted to hear from you. As long as it does not interfere with the flight characteristics of it then I don't have anything to be concerned about. Thanks for the answer. My build is going pretty slow. I retired from my life time job that I had in a steel mill and took on a part time job that is turning into a full time job. I guess that I am a glutton for punishment.[>:]

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Ramz, As far as the steering arm goes I already did that with my dremmel. I am referring to the retract going all the way into the gear bay. My mains are not going all the way into the gear bay, and the same thing with the nose wheel. It looks to me that the landing gear blocks are too high for the gear to go all the way into the bays. The mains look like that are going to destroy the air flow over the bottom of the wing. Are yours all the way into the bays?

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
OK have any of you noticed that the trailing link gear does not go all the way into the wing and fuse, or am I doing something wrong here. It would seem that I am going to have to lower the blocks to get the gear to retract all the way up into it's recesses.
