RE: Connecting lithium polymer cells in parallel
I want to add the packs in parallel because my super sportster flys for only ten minutes with these packs using a electrifly 35-36-1200 outrunner motor pared with a ss-45 esc. I want to try fpv with it eventually and the extra run time would be great. Event for just flying around more time would be great. Rsiaviation

RE: Is brushless Really worth it?!
I personally have had no problems with brushed motors. All of my planes that had them were fine on power and had long enough flight times. I have brushless motors on one of my helicopters and on two of my airplanes and will never buy another brushed motor. With brushed motors being more efficient they provide the same power in a smaller size, and the prices now are fairly reasonable. Rsiaviation

I personly have not seen any rc baron's but a google search may find one. Rsiaviation

I was able to loop a cp with symetrical blades and a 3 cell lipo. It was very slugish and losses alot of altitude, too much altitude on the 3rd loop[:@]. So it is possible to loop a cp. Rsiaviation

RE: Too cold to fly ???
Well I was able to fly my Trex yesterday, I believe the temperature was below 32F. So i will have to try keeping the battery warm before i fly. Also could some one elaborate on why Lipos should not be used below 32F. Thanks Rsiaviation

RE: Is it easier for you to fly indoors or out?
I prefer to fly out side but can fly both my blade cp and coco lama in my room. I like outdoor more because I can do more thing but with the lama it moves slow enough that it is alomost as fun. I almost never fly outside with wind so my flying is limited. rsiaviation

RE: Blade CP
[quote]ORIGINAL: Jellyson Good tip rsiaviation. A good description of how to track the blades. I'll add a couple things--you've got to turn the links a full turn at a time because the holes for the balls are "one-sided"--they only are supposed to go on one way and if you force... this helps. which Parkzone plane
Hello, I was wondering which parkzone planes would be fair competion against each other. For example would the stryker be able to compete with the Focke Wulf and P-51 or vise versa. Also can someone describe the flight characteristics of the stryker because I am leary of geting a flying wing. I had a mega stealthII as my first plane and that was very unstable. Thanks Rsiviation

RE: To fly or not to fly
If the firebird freedom is your first plane then I would not jump into a stryker. I would practice with the firebird until you become very proficent with it. After you become proficent with how you have it then increase your control surfaces and the become proficent. Then I would move up into a slow 4-ch airplane such as a multiplex magister or ultrafly cessna 182. I started with a carl goldberg sophisticated lady that I put a 600size brushed motor in. I then moved up into a greatplanes super sportster EP. Good luck with your flying.
