RE: "OFFICIAL" Himoto / Redcat Racing 1/10th BUGGY
Got my buggy fixed the other day. Took it out for a run on the weekend, with in 10 mins i sorta slamed it into the corner of a 2X4 and broke the steering arm and the plastic bit that hooks onto the steering servo. Some super glue and zip ties later i was back on the road. My brother wanted to take some happy snaps of me doing some circle work in the dirt, doing so got a great desktop wallpaper and a stripped gearbox :) Time to get the new 2 speed from a local guy here in Melbourne, he mods them at his shop. Has a screw in it for changing the gears early. Better be better than the last one :)

RE: Just Getting Started, STX
To get the glow plug out get a glow plug remover or use a socket.

RE: deffernt between himoto and redcatracing
There also very similar to the Condor Pro, I got some Condor parts for my Atomic Warhead that fit. Only part I broke that couldn't take the Condor parts was the gear casing, but im not fussed.

RE: Atomic Warhead
Perfection, when I get my buggy back from the hobby shop and I crash it next time I know where my parts will be coming form. :) Would this car also be the same as a Condor 2, they look pretty similar also.

RE: weekend running
Well it would be better on ones eyes than reading a large block of tiny text :) /if you didn't notice that was a joke posted before, i'll just clarify that. I'm not here to flame anyone :) I also was driving my car in the park in front of our house with my brother. He has the 1/10 stadium truck and I have the 1/10 buggy, you sure do get a lot of passers by just stopping for a little look see, then I drive my car into a drain opening and break it :)

RE: 1st video posting of jump
I just watched 6 min's of video, that's 00:05.00 of shoe and 00:00.30 of car and tree :) Great flick, i just spent 20 mins trying to straighten the front shock support mount back into something that resembles flat, lucky it wasn't plastic. I wish i had video of my little whoopsie, it would have been 5 sec's of car and 20 mins of me trying to get it unstuck from the drain. :)

RE: Got some compliment about the volcano today
This guy looks prety dodgey, he's like the doppleganger of the comic book guy on the Simpsons only older and fatter. He's in a scummy area and i think he's praying on people who are reluctant to research there purchaces. Still he's close to work and has spare parts :) Now if only i could keep my buggy out of drains i'd be happy.

RE: Got some compliment about the volcano today
I was at my lhs getting a glow plug, nitro, alkalines and a starter yesterday and saw the Himoto version of the Volcano on the shelf. This guy want's $560.00 AUD for it, my brother imported one from china for $270.00 delivered. I'm a bit scared to ask how much he wants for parts :)

RE: "OFFICIAL"Redcat Racing 1/10th BUGGY
I by chance drove my car into the mouth of a drain at speed :) I broke the front diff cover, bent my Aluminum front shockproof plank, snapped the front left shock and killed the shell :) What a first day of running, after 3 tanks of putting around i felt the need to piss fart ass around (after breaking it in), the neighbours didn't help, I circumed to there pressure to impress, what a show it was, a few sprints up and down the street and it hit 2nd, I still dont know how far the range is on the buggy so I hit the anchors. In 3 seconds time my buggy is wedged half way in. It took us 20 min's to get the thing out, the front shocks tore the top of the concrete up inside the drain, at the speed I hit I was expecting the whole front end to just break into 2. Pretty strong buggies! Drains and buggies don't mix (Atomic Warhead .18 engine, same as the Tornado)

Atomic Warhead
Hello people I've been hunting down for days until i came across this wonderful forum. I purchaced an Atomic Warhead (first Nitro buggy) http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ATOMIC-RC-NITRO-FUELED-OFF-ROAD-BUGGY-1-10_W0QQitemZ6042505043QQcategoryZ19168QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem from ebay here in Australia for $212.00AUD, I was wondering if it was a comparable model to the Red Cat Tornado XP model. To me it seems like the same car and just re badged, I hope it is because this looks like a great place to get help and share experiences. Thank you all.
