What about this combo i posted on last post? Is it good with 3s battery and 10x4.7 prop? It says on ebay it is good, but, we can never trust this guys.

RE: Help with 370 ebay motor.
Here's another option. Instead of buying another cheap brushed motor, and buying new props (i have 5 by the way), i´m thinking... is that a good combo to run with my 10x4.7 props and 3s Li-po battery? motor = http://cgi.ebay.com/New-1100KV-288W-Outrunner-Brushless-motor-RC-C2836_W0QQitemZ160237801834QQihZ006QQcategoryZ34056QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem ESC = http://cgi.ebay.com/Mystery-ESC-20A-Brushless-Motor-RC-helicopter-plane-car_W0QQitemZ160239227333QQihZ006QQcategoryZ34056QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem It's a brushless motor and looks more solid than the cheap brushed motor. I don't want nothing expensive. This is to put on a "made by myself" airplane and i dont want to be worried about the money spent on it. Thanks.

RE: Help with 370 ebay motor.
Because batteries are expensive, and i dont want to buy new ones, i think i need to replace the propeller. What prop should i use with this motor size?

Help with 370 ebay motor.
Hi, i bought a cheap 370 ebay motor here: http://cgi.ebay.com/Motor-Brushed-370-Motor-Gear-Box-Propeller-FR_W0QQitemZ350036834757QQihZ022QQcategoryZ142755QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Im new to electric flight, and i bought a cheap ESC 20A aswell to use with this motor. Because it haves a gear box i had to invert polarity of the motor, to the plane fly forward. I'm using a 1500mah 11.1V lipo battery, but just after 10 seconds full speed, i burned the motor. Can you guys tell me what i did wrong? Thank you.

RE: Great Planes Dazzler
Hi ryanlund. Dazzler is a good second plane. You will have no problems to fly dazzler with your trainer experience. A good tip to follow is dont go full throttle when flying, dazzler can fly very fast. Get used to it first! Dont worry about slow flying. Dazzler can fly as slow as the trainer can do. See how slow i land my dazzler: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0F2nhBk3fEM

My new ST G90 have same problem. ST midrange sucks. Some ppl bought Magnum 108 carb, and it seems to solve the problem. OS 90fx carb is expensive.

CG on OMP Yak 65
Ok, Plane is almost ready[;)] Maybe this is a begginer question, but.. how should be the fuel tank when balancing the plane? I'll set it at 1.5" from main spar, but there's a big difference between full tank and empty tank. Thanks.

RE: Tail Wheel problem.
This is what i got: [image]http://img320.imageshack.us/img320/9392/img3106ch7.jpg[/image] My only problem is, how to fix the horns on the rudder. If i mount it as displayed on the instructions i cant put this piece on the other side: [image]http://img108.imageshack.us/img108/6036/img3107sl5.jpg[/image] Because i'll find the other horn on the other side. Sorry about my english, i dont know if you are understanding my problem. Thanks

Can you tell me where can i buy it? Since im in portugal i'm limited to some stores. I can buy on towerhobbies, or ebay, but i dont have a local store here Please, tell me also what propeller should i buy to a 600 motor. This motor is used as a support for a sailplane. Thanks.

RE: How do you grip your sticks?
I use 2 fingers, i don't know if it better or not, but i feel more comfortable with it! And.. i think, just because the world champion use thumbs, it does't matter... at all. If he get used to fly with 2 fingers, he would be champion anyway... I just hope you fly with 2 hands... this matters!!
