RE: Is this 41
I had one, "spider" from ebay. It had a bad hook in the hull, heavy, compared to others, you can only run a wrap to centre header, transom very weak, sponson where very thin up the front. Other than that, mine was more of a headache than a pleasure. Save up and buy a well known brand!!!!!!( I did ) Cheers Scoot "Buy cheap.....Buy twice"

RE: Ozzie boat stand/cart
OK OK OK....... Here's the wife's boat trolley, Hence no stubbie holder on my stand, but i did add the elavated shelf for just that reason... The whole trolley has weighed in at 9kgs and i have included another pic of how the legs are stored on said trolley. If any one wants more info or pics of the build, please just ask me. Thanx heaps for all of the feedback. Cheers Scoot....BURP, AHHH, I BETTER HAVE ANOTHER COLDIE!!!!!!!

RE: silex collides with falcon
Thanx for the replys...Footage was filmed at our local water hole which is the Darling River, at Menindee, 110 kilometers from Broken Hill.. Its hard to get run time with being so remotely isolated, but when we do we go hard. Due to the national drought, which has left our lake empty for the last few yrs, we have to run in the smaller confined river, But you have to make do with what you can. Any water is good water for us, But you just have to watch out for the submerged trees, turtles, pleasure craft, reeds and your mates boat coming up behind !!!!!!!! Any one interested in coming out to the middle of nowhere ( aka the desert ) for a run please let me know...lol.lol.lol. This hobby is addictive as is the dusty enviroment that we live in. Please checkout the dust storm we had a couple of weeks ago. THIS FOOTAGE IS GENUINE. Cheers Scoot http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrlD22HwPvI

RE: motor mounts
My method, although a bit "sheddy", is to use a small metal TEK screw in a small socket ratchet driver, and apply pressure whilst turning, this may sound a bit rough, but it works fine when you live outback and the mod cons are hard to get hold of..just my 2 cents worth..thanks Scoot

boat stand modification
Hi, I've been making boat stands for each boat as it comes alone and I came up with these idea's. I thought they are worth sharing.... A tee piece added onto the end with a screw on end which is good for storing and carting your flex shafts and stuffing tube liners down to the water. The second tube is for cleaning flex shafts, half fill tube with cleaning liquid, screw on the end and shake....presto, a clean flex ready for re greasing Cheers Scoot
