RE: tornado xp, gear stripping, shifting problems
I had the same thing happen to my xp, I changed the gears twice, and then on the third time, I noticed that the engine was off maybe a little. So I ordered a whole new moderate gear set and have had no problems since.

RE: down time
What would happen if you put the stx tires on back and keep the xp tires on front? It'd look cool i think. But would it work?

Clutch slice and Spring
I have been seeing a lot of posts about the clutch drive and spring being the problem with the car just taking off and stalling when breaking, I to have this same problem. But, after looking at my car digram I can't seem to find the location of this. Of course though I haven't actually looked at the car itself, ( i am using the "great" instruction manual supplied to me,,,, LMAO @ "great") Can someone tell me where it is? Thanks Shawn TXP

Ok, I have a tornado xp and for some reason still, I can not seem to keep the damn thing from trying to run off on me when I get it started. Also, when I start it, if I apply the break, the engine cuts off. I was told something about taking the top of the servo off and re-seating it but I need some information on exactly what do to. can someone PLEASE help? Thanks Shawn

Thanks redcat
To the people at redcat racing, you all are awesome, especially Violette. I had bought the STX at first but due to a manufacturer problem I had to send it back (after about $100 in parts they had sent me to fix it at no charge!) Then she had sent me my Tornado XP instead and overnighted it to me and I've been runnin' ever since. So thanks again redcat!!! Shawn Keene Ft Knox, Ky
