This Should Be Simple!!!!!!!!!!
I am relatively new to electric powered flight, but I can not get the following to work. Thunder Power 3 cell 1320mAh battery E-flilte 20-Amp Brushless ESC E-flite Park 400 Brushless Moter JR 6 Channel Micro Receiver (R610UL) Hitec HB65 Servos JR 72mHz Transmitter All of this equipment has been used with success in the past, in a different plane. I use the following setup and start procedure: Throttle lead of ESC plugged into throttle channel on receiver Transmitter turned on with throttle stick and trim lever in full OFF position Battery is plugged into ESC I get one beep and NOTHING works NO motor NO servo movement (servo does jump when battery is plugged in) I have tried both a used ESC and a brand new out of the package ESC with the same result

RE: Another Warbird racer possibility
Tommy, For silver 1:55 (2:00) I assume you would glass the wing, sheet the tail surfaces with 1/64th ply. How far back in the cowl would you set the air dam and what engine would you put in it?? Biggest question is what retracts would you use to replace the ones that come with the kit?? I like this plane because like you it IS NOT a mustang. Slim

Thanks guys exactly what I am looking for. I have a WM Rockwell that I am playing with, I have a SuperTigre 75 that I am going to try on it. We aren't restricted to stock engines or mufflers so I will try it with stock muffler and get a pipe if needed. Where should I start at with props?? Slim

Joe, What airframe are you using in the 75 class, specifically what engine and what course are you guys running on and what times are you running with your setup. I am wondering how close your "75 class" is the the RCPro Warbird Silver Class that we run here in So. Utah, Arizona and Socal? Thanks Slim

RE: 5th Annual Trashman Classic SAMs Warbird Race
Gun, I was actually complimenting your trash-talk, there are several real Picassos in your area. I have had to back most everything up the last couple of months so I haven't gotten to the rebuild of the 190. I am looking to get to that in early Sept. and I may take you up on the core offer later this fall to be ready for Phoenix in March. By the way I do admire your building skills, where might I view additional pics of your 190. Slim

RE: Warbird Racer Trinity-build
Hey Dog, I knew you were thinking of me. I love this type of racing even though I have only been at it less than a year. I would like to have the time to trek up to Sac. area and get some more education, but there is no short way there from Mesquite, NV. At this time Phoenix is about as far as I will go to race. Also had big plans to get into the Q500 arena which where derailed for a little longer (grown kid issues-hope nobody else has these, it has been hell) I have had a great guy take me under his wing and I haven't had the time to use his expertise, hope to soon. Well back to the build, have enjoyed it very much as the P39 is a fav of mine. Keep up the good work Dog. Slim

9303 Flap Programming
I have a 60 size Ultra Stik that I have built with seperate flaps and ailerons. (one servo for each surface on the wing - 4 servos total - just to be clear) I have read the manual a couple of times and I am still missing something simple I'm sure. I cannot get the elevator to move with the flaps to offset the change that the flaps cause to the attitude of the plane. (down flaps cause the plane to balloon up - I want down elevator and down flaps at the same time on the flap switch) I know it is something simple if someone could point me in the correct direction I would appreciate it. I have a JR 921 receiver. Thanks, Ken V.
