ORIGINAL: Sergey Alekseev All Hello! How many months of your Tommy manufactured the planes? My Cessna 182 he was doing for the fourth month! The model is fully paid before 01 March. This is a rule or nonsense? Best regards, Sergey.
Hi Sergey, It does take a few months to get one of the planes. I think even longer now since Tommy has become well known from all the YouTube videos that some of us have been posting and the orders have been increasing. Just make sure to email him and ask for an update and some pictures of your plane. I don't know why anyone would pay in full until the plane is finished and ready to ship, should only make $500.00 deposit and pay the balance when the plane is finished. That gives Tommy more reason to complete it. I think they now have more orders than they can produce so they are behind a little but it will get finished and the wait will be worth it in the end. (even though it's tough now) Send him an Email for an update. Dan
ORIGINAL: style fly Just finished this transport stand last night- I dont like leaving the Cessna stored on its gear. (flat spots on the tiers) I used 1.5" PVC. Next step is to wrap it with oversized pipe insulation. How does everyone transport their Cessna to the field? If I'm not mistaken, fiberglass is laid up with polyester resin, epoxy resin is the type found in 5 or 30 minute epoxy, but if you have to know for certain just send Tommy an email.
