RE: Gas vs Nitro thoughts & etc
what about the fuel vaporizer , the men in black had one in their car , then somehow that car was sold to the general public , the couple who bought it was amazed that it was using hardly any fuel for the distance they travelled , went to the petrol station to fill up and the pumped stopped short , they went public with the car in the papers and stuff , then had mystery men in black suits one day poking around in the engine bay and removed the device , and the car returned back to using heaps of fuel.

RE: So, you want to go big huh??? How about 1/3rd!???
ORIGINAL: cuemando Still waiting to see this thing going under it's own power, not gravity, pushing or shoving. Are they gunna be about 20 thousand? I could get a WRX paddock basher for that coin and a 1/5 RTR that will do 70km/h. Don't take me the wrong way, you have done some fantastic work on mammuth I & II, and I can't wait to see the thing really go.
i thinks they said $10,000 , the price is too high for me , for that you can buy a nice 4wheel dirtbike , or ten crappy full size cars and rc them up , but thats not the point i guess lol [:D] for the size and weight that it is i think the motor they are putting in it wont be enough to get it up to the speeds we're used to seeing , sure its gonna have plenty torque but i think it will be slow as crap , but then again this a different kind of rc proberly for rich kids like the people who bought the conley v8 rc's .

RE: Insane 1/5 scales with Big Blocks in them!!
whoever it is making it , it sure sounds good , the 3 gear coming in sounded pretty long to get there though , thers something about those 2 speeds and 3 speeds that i dont like looks like a bunch of small fragile pins and cogs that looks like it will break taking out of the box [:D] , i still run the trusty single speed setup.
ORIGINAL: phmaximus I think u are missing the main point I was making...
ORIGINAL: splcrazy the losi is such an ugly rc the centre mounted motor makes the handling really sux , you can see he is trying to get it to wheelie but the centre weight is screwing it up, sounds like he got the tune pretty good in the end but the gearing is stopping it from getting higher speeds

RE: Why are tyres so expensive?
the reason it costs more for 1/5th scale is because the rubber needs to be of better quality because the power of the motors and the weight of the rc can easily destroy a set of brand new tires if they are cheaply made . you could get a complete set of brp tires mounted onto rims for $200 , they always cost around the same price for 1/5th no matter where you go .

RE: 'Zombie' attack in PA !!!
ORIGINAL: The_Shark ghosts are real, that I know for sure, and it isn't pleasant seeing one. and I flat out don't trust Ouija boards, its not really the board that is the problem, it the users inviting in bad energy. I don't believe in aliens (the green guys not the border jumpers), I don't believe in bigfoot, in elcupachabra, loch-ness monster or the missing link, but I believe in heaven, hell, god, Lucifer, demons, ghosts and energy. but zombies? naaa, thats just crazy people taking crazy drugs and going crazy, who know what was going on in that mauler's head? drugs are bad, and you never know if something is laced or hot, It gives those tweakers super human strength and the ability to resist tazers and pain, essentially the brain is not working the way it was intended to work, and the whole system goes haywire- freaky stuff. so i mean in a way, it is like a zombie, you can't reason with them and you need to shoot them in the head to stop them immediately
i messed with the quija board in my bedroom , then for some reason i started taking pics of the mirror in my bedroom and saw ghostly faces in the mirror , and then saw a shadow orb cross the hallway about a foot off the ground and go into the other room .
