Yes i think www.eurolight.aero in Germany has it on its homepage. my kit i took from the boss of eurolight over ebay for 289 €.......... The quality was okay but not for me....... i will rebuilt this kit on my ideas.......Carbon or Aramid fuselage with 3 mm honeycomb and booms and wings in full carbonfiber with Herex sandwich(wings).... i expect to gain the original weight from 7-8 kg MTOW...not the 10-11 kg like mentioned here Best regards M.Gross aircraftmechanik/aircraftbuilder

Now the second step of the fuselage mold is done...on Sunday 22.4.2012 Today i open the mold ,to look if everything was allright...yes it´s okay and the original fuselage made it also.... Mold resin 2. 1 Layer of 163g Glasfibre 3. 2 Layers of 280 g Glasfibre 4. 3 Layers of 580 g Glasfibre 5. 2 layers of 280 g Glasfibre 6. 1 Layer of 163 g Glasfibre 7. Mold resin 3,5 kg of Resin/Hardener Epoxidharz EP-Harz E55L and Glasfibre from www.hp-textiles.com

Second Prototype of the Front Cowling...the cheap Version for Testing.....but to heavy with 225 g.....just a tool for the mold...after that it will be sold for scrapping

Today ( my birthday) i open the mold for the rear cowling..... I thought , that it could be difficult, even i had made 6 parts...... but .... it worked fine and only a little color and mastic from the original model is left in the mold... now i have to clean the mold and polish and good waxing and start laminating the first prototypes..... next mold is the main fuselage with only 4 parts (2 for the fuselagemold and 2 ( front and rear firewall) for the rest.. also some photos of the rear cowling

The first protype front cowling was 145 g(only laminated in glasfiber...i think the next could be on the 110 g...... the process of laminating was quite okay...next time i will use vacuum-technic.....

Adam A500 Rebuilt
Hi I´m a new owner of a Adam A500 and when i got the plane ..........all Parts to heavy....... a friend of mine and i decided to rebuilt it ( the manufacturer isn´t existing anymore)...and we changed the engine cowls and the Fuselage ..... our aim is to beat the weight under 7 kg MTOW for eletric ( Kevlar Honeycomb) and 8 Kg for Glow version with two 91 OS FS (Carbonfibre Honeycomb) As an Aircraft Builder in real Life it schould be possible to overtake the Chinise workers.... we found e.g a double Filler/Painting on the Fuselage and the engine cowls....non acceptable The next Time i will make some Photos of the changes ( rear Cowling we did the most) See you next Time M.Gross

here are the first Photos of the rear cowling It will fit on the original fuselage It shows the lines of the older Types...because it seams to be , that every serial number is somewhere different The calculatetd weight should be about 100 g instead of the 250 g of the orginal ones of chinise work.....
