on board cycling?
Is it ok to cycle batteries thru the the mounted switch charge port? I just dont want the hassle of removing the battery ,,,, if so Im assuming the switch has to be on right? Thanks guys TAZZZZ

I mounted the standard JR servo on the outside to the rear near the gear.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I was just thinking ,,I do have a OS 91 FX,,do you think the firewall can handle that,,,I do have the wall pinned-I had to add 5oz, at the nose as it sits right now,,,no fuel. What do you think?

Yea,, I added an alum. main gear to the fuse.,,,,,and also added a separate servo for the tailwheel, probably the exta weight,,,,I do have an OS 61 FX,,,maybe I should use that instead. ThxTAZZZZ

mixture valve on os 61
where is the idle mix. valve on this engine? Is it in the centerof the throttle lever? The manual doesnt tell you where it is,,,only how to adjust it. What tool do I need for making the adj.

front seal drips
New 61fx,leaks ARO after sitting a while, just broke it in,runs fine,only 2 tanks of fuel run thru. no play at all in shaft,,is this a normal occurence? Also, where is the low speed needle valve located,,manual doesnt show where it is. THX TAZZZZ

leak from front seal
Is it normal to have leaking from the front seal after running and sits for a while. All my OS and Evolution engines do this. Thee is no play at all in these shafts. I use ARO When I bring the plane home I notice slight dripping of ARO from the front seal-normal? THese engines are not very old,,with lite use TAZZZZ(again)

I like the RTV idea ,, but who makes this stuff? it says on the have a tube of RTV hi temp red silicon,,,but it says on the tube ,,not for contact with gasoline,, this is a permatex brand RTV. Is this the stuff were talking about? THX TAZZZZ

Leaking muffler
I just broke a new OS 61 FX.,, everything went great,,shes ready to fly,,,One problem,,,the muffler leaks fuel out where it splits in two,,,,Is there any type sealant that resists oil and gas that can be used to stop the leak? thx TAZZZZ[&o]

which lie to fuel-up?
whats the best way to decide which line to fuel,,,,,, I made the mistake of using the same color line for the fuel to engine and the muffler line,,(DA me),,they are side by side. Id like not to remove the tank if possible,,it was a pain installing it. Thanks for your help-TAZZZZ[:o]
