Haven't done the maiden yet. Modified it to be electric !!! World Models GS Turnigy G1.60 powered by 2 5S 5000 mah in series. Feels like it would hand launch. weighs in at 16 lbs.

please sign me up. Currently flying both PZ Spitfires MKIIB brushless and the newer MKIX. Kyosho 50 with a OS 70 four stroke and World Models GS Spitfire. Changing from Ryobi 31 cc to electric. Turnigy 160 for a motor. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dK9pZ0TpwCI has three landings of the spitfires in it.

World Models GS Spitfire
Am curious if anyone is flying a gas engine and which engine they are using in this model. To use the Ryobi 31cc I have I'd have to move the engine way out to get it to fit. From the fire wall Id need 7 1/2 inches to the front of the cowling. HELP !!!
