RE: Looking for 1/18 Tank Parts Source
I haven't seen this post in a while. I have sent George a PM. I may have some parts for him. I am confident he could convert both his tanks.

RE: Flakzwilling 3.7cm auf panzerkampfwagen Panther.
I have RC'd about 4 of the 1/18th Panthers. It's quite easy. the only issue is you will use the sprockets an tracks off a 1/16th Panther (you can't really tell the scale difference though. Turret traverse is quite easy as well. I would think gun elevation would not be a problem to jerry rig. It would be aweseome to see syncronize gun recoil and flash/cannon sound alternating between the two barrels.

RE: Attention CAN-AM Members
I guess I am asking as I have some VERY heavy tanks and if the 480 provide more torque (not concerned about speed) that would be better. I already use the 400's and they are great for the 3:1. I am just wondering if the 480 are better at providing more torque over the 400.

RE: Attention CAN-AM Members

Oh you have to RC it. I'm sure there are plenty of others out there who would love to see that thing crawl across the battlefield. (Just Do It!) - lol

That's a neat Goofy. Too bad that type of tank destroyer wasn't built. It would have scared the crap out of the Germans.

Glen, Looks good. May I suggest you give it a little weathering. It's easy and it will make the world of difference in how the end product looks.

RE: Panther G In East Front Colors/Markings?
Hey Glen. I still have that Grey Panther you test drove if you are looking to buy one. I don't think there is a Hobby show this year. I also have all those Tank books you can reference. I'm sure you can find a camo scheme in there that you would like.

RE: Mato Tracks
I wonder if the duck bills could be pulled off theses tracks and added to the stock ones (I would be using them on a Canadian Firefly)

Tim, I was going to try to make it for a bit tomorrow but my daughter has 3 soccer games in Lincoln (tournament) so it looks like I won't be able to make it (rain or shine) I was hoping to get one of my tanks hooked up with that new unit. I hope we can do it another time. How about we reshedule for next week :) John
