eflite 400
this flys almost as good as my $1200 trex se and you get a specktrum radio. its a nice machine im really having a blast with it. i put rex blades on and no differences so i think eflite cloned the rex a little. may interchangeable parts. learning basic aerobatics this is for you! radio is already programmed 3-d with heading hold gyro switch. what a difference with the hold on! more stable in forward flight and turns

RE: Lipos - "The cost of flight!"
forget thunder power paying for a name prodigybatteries.com are the best! use them in all my scale twins they are wonderful adn get better with use! buy one and then compare flight times and watts and amps put out. you will be a loyal customer! i have 25 of their packs for my rex and my ziroli b-25 and tf cessna 310 so you can see they are good. i use hacker geared motors and axxi cans

RE: Help...Vibration issues TREX SE V2
GET A POSTAL SCALE AND WEIGHT THE BLADES YOUR OFF BALANCE ADD STRIPS OF TRIM MONOKOTE TO LIGHT BLADE AND THAT VIBRATION WILL GO TRY A SET OF EFLITE 400 BLADES THEY MADE MY REX SE A BETTER FLYER. AND I PUT THE REX BALDES ON THE 40O AND ITS A BETTER MACHINE GO FIGURE

RE: Micro Cessna Questions
i havent broke mine in 2 years but then i have 26 years flying exp. heres a good hint if you are coming into grass cut all power you will not break the prop or shaft. 18grams is the wt nothing should break. my only complaint its hard to do aerobatics buts its a hoot in the neigborhood. are you guys flying out of range? remeber keep it close to thr tx and keep fresh batts in the tx

RE: Bernoulli vs Newton
the downwash acted as a brake preventing liftoff. notice at one point in the vid one of his links holding ther training gear breaks and the heli trys to lift. this is the same as tying a heli to the ground. it wont move. the rotor downwash creates upward thrust unless it is attached to a plate that absorbs that force by pushing air from the ground

RE: Top Flite B-25 ARF (Tecnical, tips, suggestions)
hey tim she flew with full power for the first time today! 6s2p 10,000mah flew 20 minutes at 75% power and still had plenty of power. there are 2 4s 5000mah and 2 2s 5000 in parallel. if one set of batts dies i still can power the entire plane. nice aircraft tim! Should put one out as a kit! 23 # AND STILL FLYS GREAT

wind this summer
i have been flying for years and fly 1/5 warbirds including a 1/5 corsair. it seems it is windy every day. i had the f4u out the other day wind blowing 20 straight down the runway, no prob right, and took off. during my flight winds gust to 30 and become variable. i used a power on landing approach and landed at 3/4 power quickly chopping power and using rudder to make a decent landing. THAT EVENING I FLEW MY CESNNA 310 AS THE WINDS DROPPED WELL SAME THING HALF WAY thru they pick up and can you sat crosswind. anyone elese seeing these really shifting gusting wind. i fly in wind all the time but not if its gusty or shifting
