RE: horizontal stab warp
That's what I do. Or, make another out of some foam. Easy fix!

RE: Removing Paper from Foam Board
All I do is lay out my patterns on the foam-board to get a rough-cut. I have always just used straight water in a plant sprayer. Spray both sides, then let the foam sit on-edge so the water soaks in.2 or 3 soakings does it. Peels off pretty well, but you have to gently rub some off too.Dry,then lightly sand. Not the most fun thing to do,but this foam is available at the local Drug store down the street,it's cheap, works well, and I can get it anytime!

RE: 5G6-1 Short Flight Times
I have the same short-flight syndrome. It's a 5/6,but in good shape. I get maybe 1&1/2 mins. of normal, then it starts to lose it's tail. Control gets real 'MUSHY'. The motors do get very warm to the touch.(although I've never had motors NOT get hot on this heli) Gonna try the 4/3 motors,as it seems the other stockmotors are not available. Changed all the bearings too!!

RE: mSR vs CB100
The MSR is what I've been waiting for. Small size, stabile, and also a rocket when you want it to be.

RE: Have you caught your local hobby store giving you false information?
There are a few shops in my area. Most are Mom and Pop. Ihave always loved going to the shops, but these dayswith the economy the way it is, it seems they will say anything to get your money! Not angry, they have to eat too,but I think they are steering a lot of newcomers in the wrong direction, and probably out of the hobby by selling them stuff that they will run into the ground really fast... Also it seems many of their employees just do not have actual knowledge of the products they sell. TONS of "fudging" going on.I've witnessed this first hand in these shops.

RE: OK. I'm impressed
Nothing wrong with the small heli's ! Ithink they're fantastic littles marvels! And having gotten one last week,I'm impressed too.I fly both large and small heli's,and both great in their own way. I'm in this hobby for my pleasure, not to impress anyone else. So,fly Big or fly small..as long as your having fun.

RE: Banana Hobby
I ordered a simple 3-channel heli for a little fun indoors about a year ago.Parts of the tx. appeared to be melted! I'm pretty sure it was used. Look,Banana boys,,,your videos are nice ,but do us a big favor. Get out of the hobby business, and don't let the door hit ya on the way out!!
