can not use G62 crankcase to fit any Stihl cylinder , need re-design and build new crankcase to do this

Hi W8YE USE MS360 cylinder and make it 35mm stroke is OK, even use MS440 cylinder with 50mm bore and still keep 35mm stroke . that's the idea . dont need same bore or stroke ,make update it little bit and no problem at all

use Zenoah crankshaft with Stihl cylinder , rebuild the crankcase with reed valve , make it 69CC engine , more powerfull and less weight than G62 ,

more than thousand factory do casting job , and lot factory do the casting parts like crankcase and cylinder for engine business. even I can not imagin how many casting out there can do or doing this job .............[:D]

Hi 72. lot lot parts for MT70 .so dont worry about the parts if you need some, :) and I let one big company that have ISO9000 to build my UPDATE engine , and I test run each of them for make sure engine are good and powerful . this the new way for me to do the engine, I think better do the job what I'm good with , it's only for design and marketing , he he. [:D]

sure is good . and this cylinder has nothing to do with DLE55 cylinder . old style or new. as I know EME invest about 15K USD for the mold of cylinder , dont know how much investment total . but sure EME cylinder are not like Milton think , it's OLD DLE55 CYLINDER . you can use GOOGLE PICTURE to find all DLE55 CYLINDER picture and to do compare with EME cylinder . quite different inside and out side

I have zero problem about muffler since NOVAYUSA to become our muffler supplyer . and only complain are from some dealer because they lost quite number of sell the replacement muffler for they customer. but it's good for end user . right[;)]

some twin ignition have programe problem( including DLE twin ignition during this year) and has been replace by RCEXL. and now quite numbers of MT70 and MT70S sold to Europe and have happy fly .

yes. , MOLD. the boss of EME said he already invest the mold for 60CC engine. make it like DA60 . parts such like cylinder . piston .con rod. etc need do some investment.....[:D]

new cylinder mod need some time. also new assemble line need time too . sure combo to sell plane and engine will be good. depend on what plane fit twin cylinder engine . maybe bigger size like 90 inch Sbach or Yak . :)
