RE: Supertigre X 45 help
Hi David Thanks for the help Looks like the stubby header is for a mini pipe(straight) with no need to hold it on cept for "o" ring cause there's no restriction ? Looks like I'll have to modify another header to fit the bolt hole spacing and get some length to play with tuning it. Seems it would be a better pattern motor than noisy F1 Jake

One pic shows a jetcat installed on the plane ,he claims it's never been flown and turbine was never mounted?!?! I've asked for the serial number of the P120 and haven't heard anything back yet. I'm pretty sure I've seen those Kingcat Pics in a scam from the past.

I've heard back from the Nitro models rep and he states that if it (Tornado) was made in china than there's only one source/ design. Meaning they're the same!? Kinda vague on the Tornado what's different than the Falcon- I'm waiting to hear back from TBM regarding this Thank you!

RE: YS 91 AC -(H)heli parts differences?
No, I'm talking about the ys91AC -H It's an air chamber 4stroke-made for helis in the 1990's-looks just like the plane version- just appears to have a different reg setup Is the rest of the motor the same? I would like to put a prop on it.

RE: Talk to me Goose!....2.4GHZ power ?s
Changing over from a conventional PCM/PPM RX to DSM2 does have different requirements for RX voltage. If your RX voltage drops below approx.4.8v EVEN FOR A MOMENT with DSM2 (due to servo flight loads and a regulator that can't keep up) the RX will REBOOT- this will take up to 10 seconds with the AR6100,AR6200,AR7000 and AR9000 and of course you're crashed at that point. Don't trust your cheap digital voltmeter to see your low voltage with servos loaded/moving- it can't show you the quick low points- try an analog voltmeter. This new AR9100 RX boasts of reboting in less that .5 seconds . I think this is why max batt. voltage going into DSM2 RX and then regulated down at the servos is going to be the most reliable system.

RE: Talk to me Goose!....2.4GHZ power ?s
Here's the manual for the new AR9100 --the first page tells of all it's solutions to the problems discussed so far. RX http://www.spektrumrc.com/ProdInfo/Files/AR9100_Manual_loRes.pdf VOLTAGE REG. http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=SPMVR5203 Dual batt inputs(isolated) , failsafe on switch, 4 remote 2.4 ghz receivers, voltage regulators with dual servo input/outputs to be put at the servos.etc........... I'm not Spektrum rep. but it all sounds great to me. Jake
