from what i have read on many forums the walkera's electronics are junky and you should only buy the heli without them and install your own..

maybe your servo arm it to long also tighten your screw on the blade grip so when you flick it with the finger it moves maybe 3 inches

RE: E-FLIGHT BLADE CP
The way I learned to fly a plane was get it real high and then control it from up high, gave me enough height to learn action and reaction and I did crash allot until I finally got it... same with this small heli,, I kept trying to hover it and it was taking to damn long to learn so I took it out and gave it full throttle so it went way up and Walla I started to control it even though it was all over the sky I finally flew it and I was so excited till it crashed! I even learned to throttle it off before it hits the ground so it doesn’t explode. :) But that gave me enough to want to keep trying more till now I fly like a pro :P after only 1 month I am flying loops, upside down and well hovering with out a problem:) I think i would still be trying to bunnyhop it off the ground if i didnt decide to go ballsout!! worked for me.. guys at the field think i need a gas now "a move up" but i im getting a trex or the humming elite pro.. !!!!!!WARNING!!!! I am not responsible for any crashes or injuries or property damage If you are crazy enough to take my advice..

RE: E-FLIGHT BLADE CP
ORIGINAL: NuKA I'm sorry if i am asking a question that has already been answered, been reading this thread for 2 days now. sounds like mina is having a similar problem as me. the issue is that whenever i am hovering the blade, any forward, or left movement causes the blade to lose lift, and fall, fast and hard. (almost as if i hit the idle up in a down mode) and whereas moving back or to the left causes a great deal of lift. when i first got the blade, this did not happen, only after i crashed and (i thought) fixed it, did this problem happen. i think i have narrowed it down to being a matter of having my pitch out. so i went and bought a pitch guage, got everything zero'ed then tracked my blades. the problem is still there, any suggestions as to where i might look to resolve this would be much appreciated
You sure your connectors for the servos are hooked correctly? pull the plugs out of the receiver for the two motors and then turn the chopper on then look at one of the blades or tip from the side, give the transmitter throttle and make sure the tip of the blade twists clockwise. Transmitter to chopper test. Put the tail of the chopper pointed towards you. Left transmitter stick test : Push stick left = servo on the rear right pushes up servo on the rear left pulls down. Push stick right = servo on the rear right pulls down servo on the rear left pushes up. Push stick up = servo on the front pulls down and both servos on the rear left and right push up. Push stick down = servos on the rear left and right pull down and the servo on the front pushes up. Right transmitter stick test : Push right = tail motor will push the tail to the left. Push right = tail motor will push the tail to the right. Push up = the rotor blades twist clock wise and the chopper motor revs up for lift. Push down = rotor blades twist back to center or an even plane and motor slows down to off. Hope I didn’t give to much info:

RE: E-FLIGHT BLADE CP
The hummingbird cp is not a fixed pitch heli, cp= collective pitch with the 4-1 its ccpm heres the manual http://www.centuryheli.com/support/manuals/1010_elite_manual_web.pdf I had to use my eflite servo on the left and gws or cirrus on the right and back the gws or cirrus are reverse servos from the eflite or esky servos two of the servos have to run in reverse to work right..

RE: E-FLIGHT BLADE CP
My blade suddenly dropped from the SKY I found there was no power in the reciever and it had loose parts inside so i opened it and found a bunch of electronic parts that were supposed to be soldered to the board in the reciever came un-soldered from the board the 4-1 must get hot after a while and so hot that the parts can fall off [:o] strange...

RE: I can't get my Darn BLADE CP to lift off!!!!!!!!
Blade cp has a problem with the top slider sticking back the top screw out on the top of the head until it moves smoothly I found that that screw expandes that caseing and makes it to tight for the PITCH SLIDER I bought 4 of these blades and they all do this and by backing out the screw helped and i even ran it with out the screw in the head :) but maybe not a good idea.. I read somewhere here in the forums where they sanded the slider or worked it so it slides smoother..

You could replace the brushes with carbon replacement brushes cheaper then a brushless and solves the burnout problem "maybe"
