Sounds like you may have gotten the fabric too hot. If you go too hot the fabric will lose its memory and it will still shrink however when it cools it will just continue to sag. I never use the heat gun anymore. Stick with the iron...(no pun intended).

Hey guys, I've had alot of interest in getting more SSW cowlings. My supplier "upped" my minimum order to 25 cowlings so I've been afraid of geting stuck with a bunch of cowls. If we can get enough orders together I'd be glad to have more made so please let me know via PM so we don't muck up Jim's thread and when we hit the magic number I'll order them. We'll still be able to provide the spinner locally also. Thanks Barry

[/quote] X2 First of all I would like to say thanks to BUSA for releasing another new kit....I think it's great these folks continue focus their energy on 1/4 and 1/3 WWI offerings for us to enjoy, and I'm sure they really don't want to read all this cr@p in a thread about their new release. Anyone who has built and flown a BUSA kit knows they are fantastic kits, easy to build and they fly great. As far as scale outline.....you know what you are getting, there is a purpose behind BUSA's marketing (and it seems to be working well). I'm sure this will be a great bird, Dave, I hope you mend quickly and can get her on the board. I look forward to seeing it.
