Lipo for Speckturm Dx7
Hello Folks. I have just bought the new Dx7.I love the the radio but the AAcells don't seem to last as well I would like . I want to replace them with a lipo. Specktrum sells one for about $70.00. I think that is too high.I know somebody has got to be offering a cheaper one. I know some out there has the answer and would to share. Thankyou for your time and advice Waditup

Rigging?
Hello Todays question is for the old timey plane fan . I have a Gyspy Moth that has no rigging wires.I want to put some on just my wing struts. I have asked at several shops about the hardware to do this.I see other planes with this and they always say it came with the kit. I need the little brass fittings to tie the wires in.I have looked on the net and I have not foud what I think I need..Has anybody got a hint. Thankyou Waditup

RE: My main question?
Thankyou for the kind advice.I am too hardheaded to quit but it sure does hurt my feelings when I look at the mess I have made of my pretty plane. To make flight after flight with no problem and then waditup is stupid in my book. I guess that as long as it not parachuting I can try again. Waditup

My main question?
Hello Folks, I have a question for you. Is it possible that someone can not learn to fly. I am starting to think so. Up to this point I really thought I could do anytrhing I wanted. I have tried all kinds of sports and did them all pretty well after a bit of trying.Flying does not seem to be that way. I have had some of the best help one could ask for. After more than a year I can make my plane do what I want it to do most days. But for some reason I get nervos and I come home with crashed balsa. I really don't know how to control it. We had a large turn out on Sunday, planes everywhere. I wanted to fly also.I went up and flew real good. Got ready to land and it seems like a lot of other planes wanted to land too. I got all nevous thinking that I might hit someone's plane.tried to land too fast and crash. It was my main airplane.I have been sick about it.I know that crashing is a part of it but I can't take many like this. Thank you. I needed to say this. Waditup

Vintage style props
Hello, Down at Joe Nall I picked up a large Gspy Moth. I think I know what love feels like.Anyhow I am putting a Zenoah26 CC on it. I have a real nice Carbon prop on it now but I have been told of a Co.t that makes vintage style props. I can't seem to find out about them. Before you ask I have tried the net,for hours. Thankyou Waditup

RE: Orange Rx
Thanks for all the replies, I had a problem with two seperate Orange Rx. I was using Six volt liquid metal batteries, both of which where tested under load seconds before flight. It is stange that I am the only one at the field that has had this problem but then again I have always been told that I am different. I miss my planes as I worked hard to get them but life goes on. Thanks for the help Waditup

Orange Rx
Hello I lost my second plane yesterday. I do not know the cause as of yet. We where using two Spektrum DMI6 hooked up as buddy box. My tx was showing about a 5.1 volt and the other was fully charged. We did a check on both Tx to make sure all was well. All seemed to be fine. We took off and started the turn around and lost all contact. The other plane was about 3 weeks ago.I know that both Tx where fully charged. No one else seems to have these problems. Both reciver batteries just came off the charger. My buddy is a most experienced pilot and he set my planes up for me. He also has had no problems with his orange rx. Anybody can shine a little light here? I am trying to do this on a shoestring budget so $200.00 recivers are out of the question. Thankyou Waditup

Hello, Does anyone know where to get a Glow plug Inginiter for a Coc .49.Though the wonder of Ebay I have a little cox in almost new condition.I know nothing about the things.I found out that one can only use 1.5 volts because more will blow the plug.
