RE: what engine is this?
carb says 21-85 Walbro... Doing a c.i.d. formula of the internet, bore x bore x stroke x .7854 it comes to approx 5.0 cid. Hard to measure real good but I used conservative measurements. Dont have a clue as to brand though. Don't know how to get a muffler for it? Dont know what it is. Approx 40mm across the muffler bolt hole center to center..

RE: Nose Wheel Steering...
plug your nosewheel servo into the rudder port on your receiver and mix the rudder to it if you have an extra channel. You can use the dual rate rudder switch then if you want and not affect the rudder. It makes trim on your steering easy also as it's now on your rudder trim. I read this in a Jim Hiller article once and it works great.

RE: Zen G26 Carb Adjustments - Help
the guys that are telling you to solder the tube on are dead on. I had this same issue on my b-25 this summer. Also, I picked up 800 rpm with the stock velocity stack on, as opposed to off. I had engine out flights and etc.. until I these changes were made..

RE: DA-85 Question or TWo...
I drill a small hole on the back side of the hub, on the light side. Drill it directly across from the heavy point. I use a small piece of music wire and ca it in the hole to even the weight out. If your running prop hubs and not spinners, that velcro strip deal looks pretty bad.

A ziroli panther is pretty cheap to do and it's scale if that matters to you.

RE: Ziroli Skyraider
hellcat56, Nice looking raider. I've had a Ziroli raider for 9 years. And your right it is a great flying airplane. I'm interested to know if your tailwheel is from earl aune, or is something you made. They were available from ziroli at one point, very scale but mine never held up very well and I took it out.

RE: Want to get a jet... where do I start?
A Ziroli panther is the least expensive way to get into a scale jet IMO. It's all wood and not hard to build. You could go with the new Turbinator, also wood, doesn't need a pipe, and it's easy to build. I really like my panther and it is my first jet. You won't go wrong with either one if you don't mind building.

RE: Where have the builders gone?
doolittle, I know it's off topic but I'd be interested to know where you got the RUPTURED DUCK art. I'm one of those few who still build i guess and I have a Ziroli b-25 b model almost ready to paint. Ruptured duck is my scheme, I have the in action book but the artwork is really small in the pics. Thanks
