RE: 32:1 too rich?
if your running into a head wind and it runs better sounds like the wind mite be helping the front of the boat lift try raising your tim tabs I had to raise mine 1/4 inch before my boat would unwind Im running the 75mmx105 pitch on mine Im running a Rio though it was a real dog on top end untill I got the nose outta the water runs like a totally diffrent boat also I noticed when I changed to a bigger prop I had to richen it up a bit as the engine was calling for more petro try to start out kinda fat and see if it will unwind a bit better you can always bring it in and treak it till you find that sweet spot hope this helps and good luck let us know how it works..........wild

RE: cooling issues
make sure that your water pump hose is no more than 5 inches from your pulse and make sure your hose is not sucking together and it is possible to have a lean run and the temp of the engine overrides the cooling and we have steam which has more pressure than the force of the water and then we have no cooling water this has happened to me once try to fatten it up a bit and try it let use know if we helped .wild

RE: 32:1 too rich?
use what ever makes you happy as long as you have at least 6-8 oz of oil per gal they say 87 oct but when you buy a new zen the owners manual says no less than 90 oct and when you get a full mod the engine builder says no more than 93 oct so you do the math higher the oct the better the performance to a certain point dont run 105 or 114 but at least 93 is better than 87. I got my zen from WHH with the m 5 mod the paper that come with the m5 that tony sent out with his mod said no more than 93 so do what makes you happy just so you know I went from 87 to 93 and the speed very noticeable do what ever floats yer boat....lol
